I no longer agree with the manner in how Google performs. I am not satisfied with the way Google has transformed many of its services. Therefor, I am pulling nearly all of my operations away from Google-owned sites. 24/7.com as well as dozens of other blogs I control have been part of the Google family for a number of years. It is a sad decision to announce my parting ways with Google, but it is my pleasure to know my operations will improve substantially once the move to the new sites is completed.

It is my opinion that Google has allowed itself to politically involved in doomed agenda. Google has become without question a substandard company that has fallen from once highly admired position of achievement. Google has repeatedly failed to listen to a large number of its users and have failed to addressed their concerns.

Google, in my opinion, has chosen to take a route like Communism, one that cannot survive. A company that is weak in customer service and has no ears to listen to the complaints of customers or users has no business being in business.

Due to poor health it will take me some time to abstract my operations from Google-controlled services such as Blogger but they day will come when I like millions of others can wash my hands of Google's new-found filth.

This post, on 01 February 2012, will be the last post for 24/7.com on Blogger.

24/7.com will be moved to one of my paid self-hosting sites and some content will be archived. I expect this will take some time to conclude due to my poor health.

Before I depart, regardless of how bitter I am at the current Google management and the changes made and coming, and that is across the board; at Google's Wal-Mart Internet Services that include Google Search Engine, Gmail E-mail Service, Google +, AdSense and AdWords, Blogger, Analytics and many others, with perhaps one exceptions, that of YouTube (which is pending as I am currently using alternative video services), I want to thank the Google team of the past for such an excellent, a truly superb performance in the world of capitalism.

Google started out on a revolutionary idea of simplicity. Somewhere along the road Google picked up a crew that complicated and derailed a long respected icon in American history. I do not see the new Google as an entity of the past. The old Google is dead and I mourn her bygone glory. The new Google has a dead soul and I regret leaving her, but she is not the Google I once knew and loved. She is something different. Something out of a dark and eerie night.

I especially am confused since I fought so long and hard arguing against others who said that she was a doomed company. I refused to listen, it couldn't be so I said. I was wrong. I'll admit that here.

Those who sit at the table of Goggle's meeting rooms ought to look around for one day in the imminent future the comrades they sit among will be as gone as those who were passengers on the Titanic when her captain failed to heed the warnings of ICEBERG AHEAD!

The results are identical.

Five Feet from the Finish Line

I shouldn't let the cat out of the bag and go spoiling a good story prematurely, but I'll tell you why I chose the title, "Five Feet from the Finish Line." That's what it feels like.

One of the stories I'll publish one day in an up and coming installment of The Devil & Me is about a snowmobile race I was in back in the 70s. There I was leading the pack darn near a half a lap ahead of the nearest snowmobile coming up on the finishing line. Five feet before the finish line my drive belt broke, stopping me dead in my tracks.

There I sat unable to even push my sled across the line for a win. I was clearly ahead for most of the race and I only had sixty inches to cross the finish line and be the winner to take home the trophy. Sixty inches!

I just shook hands with the devil and thanked him as sled after sled passed me by as if poking fun at me for being that close to a winner only to be the worst loser of the entire race--dead last.

I feel like that now. Five feet from the finish line.

I've got so many writing projects that I just know are winners but I can't even get up enough energy to get them put together and published in the organized order they need to be in. Five feet from the finish line is where I am at stuck with a broken drive belt that went just like that.

I guess today I'll make more than one entry in my journal.

I can see the finish line. I can touch the finish line. I just can't get across the finish line. It's like in my mind as if I'm a cowboy in one of those old western movies and I'm crawling in the desert trying to reach the watering hole that is really nothing but a mirage while buzzards circle overhead. I'm just about there. But almost isn't good enough and those birds of prey are starting to call out to one another communicating about the bodacious dinner that's coming up.

Better men than me would have committed suicide by now. Just end it. Put themselves out of their misery. But not me. I like hanging around and giving the devil a hard time.

There are too many demons in this world to just up and leave them. It's more fun hanging around and making their life miserable like they do God's Children.

So, I guess I'll just have to plug along and do what work I can. My writing could be so much better if I didn't have this demon inside of me holding me back while draining my energy.

Well, what do you know? I meant this to be an entry for my journal. But you know what? I just wrote a piece for The Devil & Me. Why not? Maybe I can push my sled over the finish line.

I Hate Change!

Bank of America tried it. Wells Fargo tried it. Verizon “Can you hear me now?” Wireless tried it. Countless other big corporations tried it. And the public revolted. Change. Everybody says they want change. But nobody wants change. No, not really.

Google, AdSense; no, AdSense changed to AdWord, Blogger, YouTube, Yahoo!, they’re all making change. Change that is disturbing their customers. More change more tempers flare. More change more people drop the big 1% corporation they love to hate.

Microsoft, oh, don’t get me going.

I do like the changes YouTube made. I especially love their new music “mix” where you can play consecutive songs by the same artist. The one thing YouTube needs to add is the ability to “repeat” a song, like all music players have. I like repeating good songs. You see, I like sticking with what I know. I like sticking with what isn’t broken. I like sticking with what works. I like sticking with what I like. The changes made at YouTube aren’t so drastic that someone who liked the “old version” isn’t satisfied.

Why can’t all America’s corporations learn that?

One thing that never has changed, and it’s Microsoft “Change Daily” is the word processor spell checker. I spelled AdSense the way Google spells AdSense.

No matter how many times I click “ignore” it keeps coming back with the red line under the word indicating it is misspelled. Pssssst! Try clicking “ignore all”. Oh, my God! I thought that read ignorance.

“Ignore all” isn’t available every time, often only “ignore” is. And it keeps coming back.

They seem to change the stuff that works well and they don’t change the stuff that doesn’t work. The problem we have in America is we have too many geeks employed. If we had more geeks in our soup-kitchen lines maybe they’d change the soup-kitchen and give us something decent to eat and leave the rest of the stuff alone.

As I publish this I review the YouTube video that came with the Gmail “New Look”. 41,052 people voted they “liked” the video, meaning they liked the change while a whooping 36,300 disliked the video/change. That is the largest dislike I have ever seen on any YouTube video, nearly 50% of the voters rejected it.

I sort of felt bad after I sent a nasty comment to the geeks for changing Gmail but I don’t feel bad now, read the comments thousands of pissed users posted in the video comments.

I bet tomorrow we’ll hear a lot of the same thing we heard from Bank of American, Wells Fargo and Version Wireless, “Gmail dumps new look for old version after user revolt.”

After you send in a message for ‘feedback’ you are taken to a ‘help’ page which shows all of the Google help centers as if now they want to help you when before you had to pull your hair out in order to get help.

When you go to the menu page you can’t even find AdWord anymore. You have to hunt for it. It used to be first on the list. Google screwed up AdWord so much I’m about to pull the plug on any Goggle product, just like I did Yahoo! and Microsoft. Ignorant idiots!

Google started out a simple company with user friendly features. They should have left well enough alone.

By the way, spam has increased a thousand folds on Gmail.

The only changes Google ought to be making is they ought to fire everybody companywide from top to bottom except the YouTube division.

There is no common sense at Google.

If Google was Bank of America it would be bankrupt.

Why Eco-Friendly Products Are Not Always Environmentally Friendly

They’re all doing it. Less is better in the plastic industry, right? Their claim is less is better for the economy. Wrong! They’re feeding you BS. The only thing less does for you is give you an inferior product for the same amount of money that does not last as long as the previous “unfriendly” version of the product.

Whatever you want to talk about being environmentally friendly I’ll challenge you, and I’ll challenge these “Eco. Environ,” friendly dubbed impostors. (Usually.)

Eco-friendly means ecologically friendly. Another way of putting it is environmentally friendly or green. If we had just told you that without shortening the phrase we would have used less words in the long run since there was no need to explain to you what ‘Eco-friendly’ was and millions of people don’t know. That’s my point. These things designed to save us more cost us more in the end. In other words we should have left well enough alone. It was better before.

Pollution harms the earth is lots of ways. Plastic is one of them. In the great state of Nevada where I live millions of people drink their water from a bottle, tourists, locals and bail-jumpers alike suck down trillions of gallons of water an hour year round. Hey, we live in the desert and the desert causes dehydration overload.

The great state of Nevada has no recycle law per say. Once you’ve drunk that water from the bottle, the 16.0 oz or the 20 oz or the gallon jug or whatever, you toss it into the garbage and away it goes to the landfill. Most of it is buried in the landfill, although some trash recovery operations pick the garage and recycle the plastic.

All those plastic bottles join their cousins, the plastic forks, knives and spoons that plastic ware made our life convenient for just one moment is time, for a one-time use, is now discarded into the landfill, buried in the earth where it take billions of years to fully decompose—well, thousands anyway.

I’m going to take a short cut here, hoping you can figure the rest out from where I’m going. The old paper plates, paper carton containers and products that came in transport containers that decomposed when put back to the earth were far more “Eco-friendly” than today’s plastic containers which are to the earth what partially hydrogenated vegetable oil is to the arteries of the body, clogging byproducts that are harmful.

Our grandfathers did it right with glass bottles, paper containers and water pipes to transport our water. The solution is if we have a problem with our government controlled water source; fix our water source so that it is pure and not contaminated.

There is more to being Eco-friendly than meets the eye. It is more than the end product sitting on a store shelf waiting for a not-so-savvy consumer to pluck it off the shelf because it has an Eco-friendly slogan on the packaging. Where and how the product is made has everything to do with it. Look at the big picture, the entire forest, not just the tree.

Is it made in China where there are not the strict environmental laws that we have in the United States? Are those factories polluting the earth? Was it shipped overseas with a huge pollution of our environment by the exhausts of the ships transporting the goods? Did the ocean liner leak oils into the sea? Did the cargo ships capsize and dump a certain percentage of the shipment to the bottom of the sea polluting the ocean—the environment?

Common sense tells you most or at least many ‘Eco-friendly” products are just NOT Eco-friendly at all. In fact, the claim is often ignorant.

Bathroom tissue: When you try to unroll this stuff it rips and tears and you need to use twice as much to do the job.

Facial Tissues: When you pull it from the box it rips and tears and you waste twice as much trying to accomplish what you could accomplish if you used ordinary tissue.

Plastic Shopping Bags: The thinner bags aren’t nearly as strong and the handles break, spilling your groceries on the pavement, bottles smashing, wasting products and damage you are stuck with. You need two or three shopping bags double or tripled bagged and they still are not as strong because the handles are weak.

Cardboard Containers: Thinner material means more damage to the product the container is suppose to protect.

Plastic Water Bottles: the first reduced plastic water bottle I used I didn’t know it was a reduced plastic bottle. I was homeless at the time and had the habit of putting the water bottle in my back pocket. If I forgot the bottle and sat down on the bus, no problem, I’d feel it, hear it and move it. With reduced plastic the bottle shattered, and it looked like I wet my pants. It is dangerous. The caps are smaller, harder to remove, presents a problem with small children swallowing and when you go to open the bottle the thin plastic bottle twists and content spills out of the top it is so flimsy. Wasting product is often the results of these eco-friendly packaging.

All of the above items wastes products. If something wastes products it cannot be environmentally friendly.

Forget the “environmentally friendly ‘less” type of material and products. They are wasteful, harmful and cost you, the consumer money and save the corporations a bundle. The corporation sells more because of this waste at your expense. They use less and make more selling less.

These products are not green; they are red, screaming red!

As far as recycling goes, the shipping and high cost of diesel fuels to run big trucks and ocean ships makes this operation unfriendly for the environment since transporting the raw and recycled material twice by ten wheelers and eighteen wheeler pollutes the air in excessive amounts. If the product is shipped overseas, the ships pollute the air. The sinking of ships and loss of containers at sea pollute the ocean. Piped water is environmentally friendly bottled water is not.

The farther the distance something is shipped the more handling and the more handling the less environmentally sound.

Companies that respond to the environmentalists do so with good reason, to please the consumers who use their products. Environmentalists who voice concern about the earth do so for good reason, to protect the earth. The problem is the term Eco-friendly is a marketing term designed for grabbing spontaneous reaction, consumers grabbing something off the store shelf simply because they see an environmentally safe symbol or slogan on a consumer package.

There is little or no research by government, public or private agency to declare such consumer product or its packaging to be truly ecologically friendly.

Sheep have been known to follow their leader off a cliff resulting in the death of the entire herd. That is often the case with eco-friendly marketing hype—what us old commie protestors call propaganda.

Take a closer look at this herd of sheep—or flock of sheep if you insist. Look At The Big Picture Take a real close look. What appears to be is not what it appears to be. Get my point? Use common sense.

This is not to say one ought not to be environmentally conscious or friendly, for one should. What I am saying is use common sense, think and don’t be fooled by all the hype without knowing all of the facts. Many things are said to be environmentally sound only to be later proven to be environmentally unsound.

Drinking bottled water is one of them. Unless your drinking water is contaminated—and if it is your government is responsible—you shouldn’t be using plastic bottles which is one of the greatest pollutants of the earth.

Erroneous Rhetoric Escapes Abortion Fanatics’ Lips in Ohio

It is indeed encouraging to learn that live human beings actually live in Ohio. I was beginning to think no such life existed on planet earth. The Right to Life heroes in Ohio has had an amazing battle to contend with while fighting the extremists Pro-Choice, Pro-Death Squad.

Since Roe v. Wade began executing innocent, defenseless babies in their mother’s wombs from the early 70s, nothing has been so dramatically close to overturning that insane U.S. Supreme Court decision as the Ohio’s heartbeat bill does.

Bravo to the courageous and dignified Pro-Lifers of Ohio. Stepping across a snake pit is obviously no fun. Making it all the way across that snake pit without getting bit is most challenging and nerve racking. Their courage is admired.

The lives of millions of unborn babies in America depend upon the success of Ohio’s Heartbeat Law. The extremists Pro-Choice, Pro-Death Squad have shamed America long enough and it is time Pandora gets slammed back into her own box once and for all.

The evilness that Roe v. Wade casted over America came in multitudes of deviant behavior which followed and eroded American’s moral fabric until that fabric has rotten to nonexistence.

Passage of the Heartbeat Bill is essential in restoring America’s principle values.

Outbursts by the socialist feminist movement decrying the Heartbeat Bill as being unconstitutional have absolutely no merit. The charge itself is absurd. Roe v. Wade was unconstitutional. Nowhere in our constitution does it give women the right to murder. Nowhere!

The only thing outrageous about the Heartbeat Bill as some radicals vomit is it is 40 years late arriving.

If women want the right to privacy then they can keep their legs crossed and stop getting to know every Tom, Dick and Harry on a personal level. If they want the right to choose, then let that right begin in the choice not to have sex until they are certain they want kids—with their husband. Period!

No what about, what about, what about...

Abortion is sin. Abortion is murder. Abortion is abnormal. Abortion is immoral. And abortion is wrong. Period!

Many women who have been raped, had incest, had health risks or had children with abnormalities have gone on to be proud and beautiful mothers. So opponents of the Heartbeat Bill and their rhetoric is nothing but urine in a urinal—the product of human waste.

The argument that some women, or many women will turn to illegal abortions if abortions become illegal amounts to one conclusive fact and that fact is a criminal who chooses to break the law shall suffer the consequences of the penalties of that law if and when they are caught.

The only thing unconstitutional, radical and cruel about this debate is the abortion itself. Abortions are unconstitutional, radical and cruel.

The Supreme Court judges that favored Row v. Wade and made the decision to subject America to their demonic injustice of American Law which they circumvented in their ruling were demons and idiots.

One of those justices had a teenage daughter, Sally, who at the time before the ruling had been attending Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York, where I grew up and lived at the time of the ruling.

Sally was a pregnant student and claims she told her dad when he asked her opinion for Row v. Wade about abortions she would have elected an abortion had abortions been legal at that time, seven years prior to Roe v Wade.

Did Sally’s daddy, Supreme Court Justice Harry Blackmun, make his landmark decision and write the majority opinion based on the emotional needs of his daughter? That answer is quite relative. He was only human, but he should have abstained from sitting on the bench during the ruling of Row v. Wade. There is a dire conflict of interest present.

Blackmun daughter’s emotional appeal effected his decision on Roe v. Wade which in turn affected a nation.

And show me where in the Constitution, in the 14th Amendment or elsewhere where it says anything at all about the “right to privacy” which is a basis for Roe v. Wade as written by Blackmun for the majority opinion. Show it to me.

You can’t!

If you know the U.S. Constitution, and I present it to you here, so that you do, you must ask, what was Blackmun and his radical leftist buddies smoking? Dang good weed, huh?

Those two facts alone as listed above ought to be enough to overturn Roe v. Wade since in part it contributed to prejudice of the case with conflicting interest on a ruling party and as a reason of law, “right to privacy”, that does not exist.

Sally Blackmun’s public confession in 2004 to feminists displayed gross selfishness on her part and inconsideration of her unborn child. And that caused her father, Harry Blackmun, make an incompetent and demonic ruling which adversely affect a nation ever since.

The fundamental arguments supporting Roe v. Wade then and now amount to nothing but a kitchen strainer under the sink faucet. If you claim it holds water it is but for long enough for someone to turn the faucet off, and that’s what this anti-abortion movement is going to do, we’re going to turn off the faucet of bloodletting on American’s unborn.

The fact is abortion was made legal by legal circumventing
to bring the socialist feminist movement to power and ultimately to control U.S. population levels.

Sally Blackmun had a real choice before she became pregnant back at Skidmore College, and that was to keep her legs crossed until she was married to the man she wanted to have father her children, the man she wanted to raise her children with. That was her real choice. The same choice all women have.

No, but fun at the Rafters, or on Caroline Street or down Broadway or over on Union Street, maybe at the College Inn and breakfast at the Sugar Shack or Saratoga Diner was far more important than the choice of responsibility. But then, lack of responsibility seems to have run in the Blackmun family.

Sally later became an attorney and chairwoman of Planned Parenthood of Greater Orlando. Think she didn’t influence her daddy’s decision?

Millions of women the world over who have had abortions continues to suffer deep emotional problems as a result of those abortions. Many of the men who fathered those children also suffer emotional scars and are denied any paternal rights or decisions in abortion cases, while they are held responsible for live births.

Stopping abortions is not a bad or outrageous thing, it is a great thing.

Preventing unwanted pregnancies through abstinence is where the moral focus of a united, dignified people ought to be.

It just totally messes up my day. When I search the “Blogger Help Group” for help I’m faced with a bunch of retards and spammers trying to pick up traffic for their noload sites.

When I search Google “bX-l4u1mh” I get zillions of nothing.

This is a major problem with Goggles and the technology companies where the whores of the industry hoard billions of dollars and claim to be in the 99% field when they are AT THE TOP of the 1%.

Hey Google Geeks, can’t afford to hire a couple of cheap labors to manager your gold mind? Hmm? I mean, not even one of your Asian computer geeks who might be willing to work for a buck and a quarter and hour? Just some poor out of work soul who could be answering basic problem-solving questions to your gold mind? A buck and a quarter an hour won’t take away from the zillions the fat cats at the top of the Google pyramid rakes in, will it?

Can’t do it, unh?

Can’t provide a basic function? Amazing. Watch as this incredible company as it fades into yesterday’s junk pile of Once-Great-Technology-Companies-That-Were-Replaced.

Customer support not made easy at Blogger. Any wonder why Blogger is losing to WordPress?

Google, a once simple, easy to use company with a clean simple home page for its search engine and easy to use applications and programs for its many other services has followed the sheep like Yahoo! off the mountain and has reduced itself to a substandard company that can not survive in a demanding world. Witness the changes to AdSense, a once user-friendly service that has eroded to Geek abuse.

People celebrate the world over as many international terrorists are put down in 2011. Osama Bin Laden and Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi were just two of many terrorists wiped off the face of the earth. Bin Laden was killed by Navy Seals and Qaddafi by his own people as the curtains fell at the close of a Libyan Revolution. Of the two videos below one shows citizens on a NYC Subway train reacting to Bin Laden's death and the other a similar celebration by cadets at West Point Military Academy in New York.

Smoke Free 2 Years

When I was homeless I used to roll my own cigarettes.

Today marks the second anniversary of being smoke free. I quit at 3:30PM on 05 December 2009 in the Albertsons' parking lot down by Boulder Highway and Tropicana Avenue. I was homeless at the time and was refused medical aid or emergency health insurance by the Clark County Social Services. After I stomped out my last cigarette I entered UMC Quick Care. My blood pressure reading was like 250 over 180. I was soon being transported to UMC hospital where I was hospitalized an entire month. I spent Christmas of 2009 in Intensive Care. I had a major surgery, a AAA surgery. I’ve had a total of 5 surgeries since that time. I paid the price for smoking. It was nobody's fault but my own. So, if you smoke quit. If you don't smoke, don't start.

A disturbing scene in Las Vegas. And these creeps call themselves Christians?

If you check out the photo where the above link will take you, you will find it distrubing that this group can calls itself a church, the Westboro Baptist Church.

The group has conducted yet another sickening protest. As they pickett outside the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas Sun photographer, Sam Morris, captures a shot of a Westboro Baptist member standing on a U.S. flag and holding a bright yellow sign with bold, black captial letters that reads,"THANK GOD FOR DEAD SOLDIERS".

Oh, my God! They certainly are not talking to the God I know--our God.

The protester holds several signs at once and dishonors several American flags at once. From the looks of the photo, it looks like the back of the protesters baby-blue t-shirt read, "God hates America.com". Whatever it says I
m sure God will cast this heartless soul into the Lake of Fire.

The comments (six so far)listed with the Las Vegas Sun photo gallery express the same outrage I express.

This is a comment left on my Facebook page by a FB friend of mine,after I posted the Sun photo share option. "If I ran into them Cliff. I do not think it would be a nice scene. Funerals ought to be private and how does this group of parasites know that the soldier didn't repent to God prior to his being killed in action? That's God's call and God's judgment. Libya begins a new age, a Gadhafi-free age. Exactly two months to the day of my last post on Col. Gadhafi his body lies in a meat cooler in Libya. He is a threat to the people of Libya no more. Perhaps his family is. Perhaps his loyalist are. But he, Col.Muammar Gadhafi resists no more.

Exactly two months from my 20 August post about Gadhafi and his 42-year power reign being about to end, as Libyan rebels stormed the Libyan dictator's stronghold in Tripol, Gadhafi is dead after his capture.

No matter how you spell his name spell him dead for he is a threat to no one anymore.

A 'Mad Dog' is what Ronald Reagan called Gadhafi. Col Gadhafi remained defiant until the last. Having sent most of his family out of harms way into another African nation, Gadhafi chose to die where he was born and where he ruled.

Gadhafi's last reported words, “Do you know right from wrong?” Do dictators know right from wrong? In the end international laws were apparently violated with the summary execution of the hated 42-year dictator of Libya. The truth may come out eventual, but at the time being only speculation arises as to how actually the 69-year-old Gadhafi died.

Three things are known; he was in the hands of the rebels during his final moments. He was among people who were very angry at him--perhaps some had lost family members or love ones who where victims to Gadhafi and lastly it was officially determined he did have a bullet hole to the head, among other bullet wounds in his body.

The emotions obviously ran high among the revolutionists in the final hour of Gadhafi’s life. Moments after his capture the parade of his bloody soul began through the streets of Sirte, Gadhafi's hometown.

Although shouts yelled out, “We want him alive!” someone did not heed those calls and a shot rang out ending the life of Gadhafi. Despite international law forbidding such summary execution it is obvious that was the likely outcome of the end of a 42-year reign. If he was executed, can you blame the revolutionist?

Many called out for a trial, but in reality what would be proved in a human rights trial that the world did not already know? That the victim was the perpetrator in some of the most worst human rights violations the world has ever seen?

After 23 years of open wounds and suffering, the families and love ones of the bombing victims of Pan Am Flight 103 that went down over Lockerbie, Scotland on 21 December 1988, just four days before Christmas, may find at least some closure.

In that case, justice had been served--nearly a quarter of a century late.

As expected rebel forces conquered Moammar Gadhafi’s defense in Tripoli, Libya today. They celebrated their victory in Green Square, Gadhafi’s former stronghold and Presidential compound property.

The Reno-Gazette Journal, RGJ.com, reported an Associated Press report. Quoting from that report, “ When rebels reached the gates of Tripoli, the special battalion entrusted by Gadhafi with guarding the capital promptly surrendered. The reason: Its commander, whose brother had been executed by Gadhafi years ago, was secretly loyal to the rebellion, a senior rebel official Fathi al-Baja told The Associated Press.”

Makes you want to laugh, doesn’t it? It does me.

The RGJ also reported that although Gadhafi’s “42-year rule crumbled, but the leader's whereabouts were unknown and pockets of resistance remained.”

Rebel forces claim to have captured Moammar Gadhafi’s son, Seif al-Islam, possible would-be heir to Gadhafi’s regime. He was taken prisoner and held for the International Criminal Court in the Netherlands to face crimes against humanity as Moammar Gadhafi will if and when he is captured.

Another son was killed in a NATO attack on Tripoli’s power base some weeks ago, and another son is under house arrest.

Other news sources state that Gadhafi’s family was left behind in Tripoli, but Gadhafi himself was nowhere to be found.

World commenter’s may speculate where Gadhafi had gone, did he flee to an African nation who would harbor him? Did he commit suicide? Is he hiding out inside Tripoli or some secret Libyan hiding grounds protected by his remaining loyalist?

Let’s not speculate. Speculation usually gets us nowhere. Hour by hour the world will eventually be informed of news of Gadhafi’s last stand. A 42-year rule has come to an end. But the six-month Libyan Civil War has not officially ended and any surprising event could still unfold.

“At the same time, Tripoli residents secretly armed by rebels rose up.” This story reads like a mystery and ends like a mystery, thriller and drama all wrapped up into one.

It’s looking like Gadhafi didn’t have the support he thought he did. People were just playing possum, rather smart, to keep themselves from being executed until this moment when Gadhafi’s power was stripped.

Until the rebels have 100% control of Libya, with all resistance suppressed and until all land formerly occupied by the Gadhafi strong hold is under rebel control, the war has not officially ended. It appears those events will wrap up soon, possibly with a mystery “What happen to Moammar Gadhafi?”

Somebody will talk and when they find him it will be over.

From the Halls of Montezuma to the Shores of Tripoli... They fight their country's battles.

Qaddafi’s last stand may be faltering. It is almost imminent that Col.Muammar el-Qaddafi's 42-year power reign is about to fall.

The Amazonian Guards can’t save him now. Soon, the all-female security force will be a legend.

The terrorist of the 1988 bombing and downing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland, will for once in history pay the price for his evil deeds--if not directly, then indirectly.

A man who escaped much of his previously deserved punishment faces the embarrassment of not a foreign nation, but of his own people revolting against him.

Rising from an impoverish tent in the desert where he was born and raised to the powerful regime complex in Tripoli, Qaddafi’s world seems about to end. It certainly is closing in around him. He has few favoring his survival. Like all tyrants, God eventually brings them down, Qaddafi is no exception. Rather he will commit suicide, be killed in the assault on his presidential compound or be captured and taken to trial remains to be seen, but surely we will know within days, if not mere hours.

Escape is unlikely, but even if he escapes he has few choices in which to hide. Africa will likely take him, a number of governments there would welcome Qaddafi. But Qaddafi is not the kind of man who would seek refuge in another nation. Instead, he is the type who would choose to die where his last stand fell, a resilient man to the very end.

There have been many twists and turns as NATO-backed rebel forces tried to oust Qaddafi for months. A six month internal conflict, beginning in February of 2011, with unspeakable human rights violations launched against the innocent and unarmed people of Libya standing in the crossfire and frontlines of the war environment brought world outcry.

Debate arguments range from support to help the rebels to stay out of Libya’s internal affairs to who says the rebels can be trusted any more than Qaddafi?

Qaddafi used military weapons, bombs, missiles, canon and machine-gunfire from warplanes, tanks and a lethal military arsenal against a mostly unarmed civilian population while combating rebel forces.

Qaddafi may be finished within hours. One more world dictator to fall. Certainly he won’t be the last. The big question is, what kind of future does Libya have and will it be an ally of the United States. Perhaps a strong ally. That all of course is possible only once Qaddafi is overthrown and the former strongman is defeated once and for all.

But then…, he’s been hanging on for months… this is a May 13 news report discussing Qaddafi’s near overthrow and that was published last May (2011). Day Breaking News He’s came close to being predicted ousted before, but proved to be defiant and resolved to hold on. But like a cat with nine lives, sooner or later good fortune runs out, no matter how many lives one has.

Even with the powerful NATO alliance backing up and supporting the rebels, Qaddafi has remained defiant and unwilling to step down. Amidst continuing high-profile defections and retreating Qaddafi troops loyalty is no longer questioned, it is obviously fading with more and more formerly Qaddafi loyalists abandoning ship leaving Qaddafi with fewer and fewer allies. That alone will defeat him. You can only treat people badly for so long before your world comes crumbling down around you. That seems to be what is happening in Qaddafi’s world right now, it’s crumbing down around him.

All along Qaddafi has insisted that he would fight to the end. That end may have finally arrived.

The next few hours will tell the verdict of a six-months long war of courage. Courage, agony and defeat--or in the case of the rebels, victory.

It’s a given. Soon a new dawn will bring in a new Libya, a Qaddafi-free Libya.

For once, in over forty-two years, the clock is ticking. Ticking against Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi. You can almost hear that ticking in Tripoli all the way back to the Halls of Montezuma.

Former MGM Grand CEO Dies

Terry Lanni, former CEO of MGM Grand, loses his two-year battle with cancer at age 68. Lanni was captain of the ship when the MGM Grand was a single freestanding casino in Las Vegas. Under his helm MGM Grand became MGM-Mirage and a mega casino corporation was formed.

Terry Lanni lead MGM for thirteen years and formed it into the acquisition giant it has become today before retiring in 2008. Jim Murren took over the MGM after Lanni and continues to run it as the MGM Resorts International.

When Lanni retired in 2008 MGM-Mirage owned the most casinos on the Las Vegas Strip with the Mirage, Treasure Island, Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, New York, New York and Monte Carlo to name just a few. The multi-billion dollar CityCenter is now nearly fully operational and is part of MGM Resorts International, a mega collections of resorts started under Lanni's leadership.

Various news agencies broke the news of Lanni's death, but there is not much spectacular in mention of a guy who like, Steve Wynn, changed the face of Las Vegas and contributed a wealth of assets for his investors, employee's and his community.

The MGM Grand has long been a Las Vegas icon and the flagship of a giant casino resort company which now thrives the world over, including in China. Terry Lanni will go down in history as the man that made all of that happen starting from Las Vegas and stretching nationally from Detroit to Atlantic City and Montgomery, Alabama and beyond internationally, eventually reaching the shores of China under Murren.

Terry Lanni was here in Vegas making it happen during the boom years--the best years. Thousands of employees owed their careers to the Las Vegas legend who weathered the first real downturn in Las Vegas history during the 911 aftermath.

Terry Lanni will sorely be missed by many.

The Declaration of Independence was adopted or ratified on July 4th 1776, but it was NOT signed on this date…read my comment below for full 4th of July facts you probably didn’t know….

John Adams, second president of the United States of America, one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence was also on the committee with Thomas Jefferson to draft the Declaration. On his death bed, Adam’s last words were, “Thomas Jefferson still survives.” But he was wrong, Jefferson had died just hours earlier with his last words being, “Is it the Fourth?”

Thomas Jefferson, was Vice-President to the second President of the United States, John Adams. Jefferson was the third President of the United States.

Although they worked together on the Independence, writing and editing it and later signing it, and they worked together in the Whitehouse, at some point in their lives the two men became bitter enemies. But before they died they became best friends again.

Both men, John Adams and Thomas Jefferson, died on the same day, July 4th 1826, the 50th Anniversary of the ratification of the Declaration of Independence.

Five years to the day later (fifty-five years after the Declaration of Independence, July 4th 1831, the fifth President of the United States, James Monroe died making three Presidents to die on July 4th.

But the good news is, on July 4th 1872, a President was born on Independence Day instead of dying on it. His name was Calvin Coolidge, the 30th President.

Talk about longevity, Monroe was 73, Jefferson was 83, and Adams was 90.

Adams and Jefferson were the only two signers, of Fifty-six, of the Declaration who went on to become Presidents.

The Declaration of Independence should have been July 2, 1776 since that is the day the Continental Congress actually voted for independence, however it was dated July 4th 1776 and was not actually signed until August 2, 1776. Fifty-six delegates eventually signed the Declaration, although not all were present on August 2nd.

Google revealed that some prominent user Gmail have come under Chinese hijackig attacks. Just last week China admitted to what many of us in the know already knew--that China had a full fuctionable cyberwar system.

What many people didn't know--and I have spoken out about this for some time--is that China has actively been engaged in malicious cyberattacks for some time. I have traced thousands of malicious content back to a Chinese origin. E-mails, blogs, comments, chat boxes and forms of cummunication China has infilitrated in both private and public sector.

A week before the Goodle announcement of the China Gmail attacks I was in discussion with a Facebook Cliff Harrison Facebook Page friend and here is excerpts of that conversation:

Cliff Harrison: "...Friend, my blogs have all been attacked repeatedly by those malicous cyber terrorists. They attack anyone who is Christian. They are on this Facebook and Twitter and they go through your site looking for e-mails, blogs, sites, etc. Most of my attacks have been coming out of Malaysia, China and Vietnam."

Friend: "have you heard on the news all day about the cyberwarfare that has been lauauch on twitter and the D.O.D and other Officials[?] I held this info back for awhile."

Yeah I knew. It is actually going to turn into a very dangerous era. The attacks now on private computers are basically nuisances and practice. Once they start attacking with malicisousness imperative government and business computers, deleting files and archives, medical records and other pertinent information in databases cyber Armageddon will be here and apocalypse will arrive soon there after. The destruction to come will be unimaginable since we have turned our lives into computer dependence. There is not enough space here, but it just came out, (I've known for years, and I'm sure you have) China has trained a vast military in cyber spying, cyber attacks. You can not convince me these attacks are isolated instances of individual maliciousness. It is a collective effort of the Chinese Government and they are using private U.S. and global computers to practice for a major future assualt, using our own resourses to retaliate against us. At the very least, every one, private and public, need to back up their computers, install the lastest and best anti-virus and spyware, keep as much as possible off line (simply copy to offline CD/DVD), keep duplicates, and push our government for increased cyber defense (we already actually have a pretty elaborate cyber defense within the CIA and FBI.) Even turning off your computer is no longer that safe anymore, unplugging it prevents them from turning it on. I don't mean to send out fear mongering, but awareness and preperations. This subject is worthy of volumes and speaks of the dangerous roads again..."

Before the 26 May 2011 articles came out about China's confession to possessing cyberwar arsenal I made these tweets on Twitter of which were then published on my Facebook page:
6:11a.m. 24 May 2011 "I praise TinyURL. They took quick action against spammers and disabled spam and scam sites. In less than 24 hours they acted."
6:12a.m. 24 May 2011 "HostGator, GoDaddy, Bitly were NOT as helpful. That's why spam continues these big servers and host want their $$$$$."

I have, like most other people, encountered a large number of cyberattacks on my e-mails, websites, weblogs, blog chat boxes and other communications. I know how to track sources of malicious attacks and identify its origin and how to identify forgery (when a sender pretends to be someone else so an innocent party might be accused of the cyberattack.)

I will cover cyber security in a couple of other blogs I have dealing with those security subjects; Spam Hunter, Scam Hunter and such blogs in which I teach about tracking down the origin of malicious content and reporting it to the proper authorities worldwide. Those sites will lag behind since I still have much to do while trying to recover enough healthwise to bring most of my blogs up-to-date.

Unfortunally I have lost at least two blogs, and the entire content due to Microsoft Windows ignorance, carelessness, pure neglect and untrustfulness. I am so bitter at that end, and by the way, Microsoft is one company which contributes to cycber terrorists because they often reject complaints and requests to investigate or suspend, revoke or disable harmful spam and scam operations. I am so sour to the lost of my property, my blog, I would applaud if Microsoft collasped today beyond reviving. I will never encourage anyone to do anymore business with the substandard Microsoft than they have to. It is disgusting beyond worth of mentioning the name.

Unlike many people I do advocate regulation on the internet. The reason so is nearly all of the spam and scam operations which exist today are preventable, detectable and allowed by most of the hi-tech firms, computer companies, servers, hosts and other systems. In everycase the origin can be detected but the mammoth corporations choose to let you, the little guy, become an innocent victim because the spam & scam operations provide them with BIG BUCKS whereas you offer them usually nothing.

I'll talk more about that in the future, but for now just protect yourself.

Protect yourself by studying all you can about computer security from establishing strong passwords, changing passwords often, installing the best anti-virus, anti-spyware and other anti-malicious software to protect your operating system (OS). Reduce your public usage of computers such as using public WiFi. Store as much as possble off line on flash drives, Cd/DVD storage rather than online where it can be hacked and stolen. Follow Google advise below in the video and stay tuned and alert about cyber attacks because in the future these countries we never exterminated when we had the opportunity to will come back to haunt us, if not to enslave us.

Homeless and having suffered a recent stroke, I had been denied medical help from Clark County Social Services so I walked into UMC Quick Care on Boulder Highway for medical help. My blood pressure read well over 250/180. Within moments I was loaded inside an ambulance and rush to University Medical Center (UMC). Within moments there teams of doctors worked on me in Stat mode and found through a number of tests, including MRI, that the main artery from my heart leading to my stomach was about to explode. It measured 5.5mm. An angel of UMC, Nurse Stephanie, began cease-smoking administration and encouraging discussion with me, as well as preparation in the event I wasn’t going to make it. (If it had exploded it would have been 100% fatal, even with my already being in the hospital) When I woke up from the four hour 15-units of blood major surgery I had 90% of the entire U.S. steel supply stapled to my chest. I looked like a gutted pig stapled back up. That graphic image of my once beautiful belly chased with the professionalism administered by Nurse Stephanie caused me to remain smoke free to this day--but not without disabilities--a lot of disabilities.

The best advise about smoking is don’t start. If you do smoke quit. Or… one day you are going to be awfully sorry.

In an Associated Press article updated one hour and 20 minutes ago, it mentions a misguided NATO airstrike that killed innocent Afghanistan citizens. When innocent citizens are killed it is always a tragedy. The death of innocent civilians is the horror and evilness of all wars.

As in most situations when innocent civilians are killed the Americans are the ones who shoulder the blame. Why? Because the Afghanistan people blame the Americans.

More and more Afghanistans are protesting in the streets with anti-American demonstrations. Afghanistan has joined its neighbor Pakistan as being hostile toward the United States. Both are suppose to be America's ally, but increasingly more and more both Afghanistan and Pakistan are sounding like America's enemy.

In this AP article the story tells of the unfortunate airstrikes that were along the Pakistan border in a province called Helmand. Helmand is rich in poppy fields which the Taliban use to fund their operation via the drug trade. Helmand which borders Pakistan is an insurgent haven that is why NATO forces conducted the attack there in the first place.

Insurgents have stepped up offenses so American and NATO forces have to counter those offenses. Unfortunately innocent citizens pay the ultimate price for war. All wars are bad as in evil. Wars are better avoided by not being fought in the first place. Better compromising and negotiation skills need to be applied in order to avoid wars. But we are talking about extreme Muslims here; the Taliban, the late Osama bin Laden al-Qaeda disciples.

These Taliban and Muslim insurgents are the sick demons who kill 16 year old boys who teach English to his classmates by dragging him outside his school and executing him by shooting him in the back of the head with a high-powered rifle. The same stinking camel jockeys that drag abused Muslim women from their homes and shoot them the same way, in the back the head, because they are caught reading the Christian Bible. Or stoning women to death for committing adultery or family shame. So there is no likely negotiation with these parasites.

The only negotiation one ought to consider is rather or not to piss on their graves after we exterminate them. And exterminate them we must. But burying them is being too nice to them. What we really ought to do after exterminating them is pile their bodies in a heap and then torch that heap sending them to hell as sure as the flames they came from.

The airstrike the article speaks of took place in a land rich with drug producing crops harvest from poppy. As the article mentions the well known and long time fact the poppy harvest is the Taliban's prime source of income.

If Afghanistan’s enormous poppy fields are the Taliban's prime profit center why haven’t we destroyed those poppy fields?

A few crop dusters--protected by Apache helicopters--spraying poison on Afghanistan’s enormous poppy fields would end both the Taliban and world drug dealers.

Evil and criminal operations would end. The supply would be gone. The demand would not be met. A major portion of terrorism and the illicit drug trade would be severed. A powerful act that would cause few lives to be taken and more enemy assets destroyed.

If Afghanistan’s poppy fields are profiting the Taliban then Afghanistan is harboring terrorists, directly or indirectly, just as Pakistan does.

That harbor must end.

The Supreme Court ruled today that states do have a say in immigration matters. This is a huge victory for Arizona and a huge upset for the liberal Obama administration. In a 5-3 vote the Supreme Court favored allowing states to penalize employers who hire illegal aliens.

On 1 May 2011 U.S. special forces killed international terrorist Osama Bid Laden. Like many major events in American history conspiracy theorists are already saying the military operation that ended Bin Laden's life did not happen.

Americans love conspiracy theorists. Yesterday on my Facebook page many, especially liberals, spoke of needing "evidence" to believe that Bin Laden was really dead. They did not believe their own hero, President Obama.

The liberals went nuts when "evidence" of Obama's U.S. birth certificate was questioned, but the very same people needed to see the "evidence" that their master was telling the truth about disposing the world of Osama Bin Laden.

Alex Jones published a video yesterday about his conspiracy theory and already it is viral. Following the video are my comments on my Facebook page after someone posted this video on my wall.

And man never stepped foot on the moon either... that was all a hoax. Some people believe that is true, that humans never stepped foot on the moon.

More nuts cases. Americans love conspiracy theories; JFK Assassination, 9/11 Inside Attack, Bin Laden has been dead for years... shows just how sick and twisted the minds of many Americans really are.

All these Obama worshippers distrust his statement that Bin Laden was killed on 1 May 2011. I don't like Obama... but I take his word on this as being the truth. Strange people we have in this nation...

So, we don't believe the president of the United States? (and they call me "racist".) We don't believe Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, George Bush? Donald Trump has raised the stakes on the Presidential trail. He hasn't announced that he would run yet, but we all know he will.

If Donald Trump is careful and chooses his words and speeches carefully he can lead in this horse race and be ahead of the meet by furlongs.

A few days ago I wrote that I didn't like Donald Trump but would vote for him. I'm getting to like him a lot more than I did last week.

In his recent speeches in Las Vegas and elsewhere, Trump, has hit upon some key issues which I support.

He wants to get us out of the Middle East conflicts, but with our receiving our payment for the lives scarified there in oil--Iraq Oil.

He wants to put a 25% import tax on Chinese goods. This move is to counter the lower wage China offers American companies willing to do business there as well as Chinese companies which now produce what American companies used to produce.

He wants to bring jobs back to America by bringing industries back to America.

The humor of it all is that he showed his birth certificate up front so there is no question about his citizenship. Myself and many others have been attacked by the liberal parasites and called "idiot" and "racist" because we don't like Obama.

It was Hillary Clinton who first raised the issue about Obama's citizenship, the skunk liberals own queen. She brought it up during the Democrat's primary race. The rest of us questioned his citizenship for two reasons: His ignorance to produce his proof in a timely manner and his connections with Kenya where many of his close relatives live including his Father, a brother and at least one aunt.

Trump managed to squeeze the truth out of the thug in the White House who has toyed with the American people for nearly three years. Obama is lame duck. He's finished. He is a one-term presidential has-been.

Trump stands for what many of us who aren't reeking with evil stand for. Get the big government off our backs. Restore our jobs. Bring America back to her feet. Make America great again. He said, when and if he wins, "America will be rich again. America will be respected again." And in so many words 'America will be industrialist again.'

He talks about making English the language of the land.

The people who accuse us of hating and racism because we don't like our president are the most hateful and racist of all. The worst of the worse are themselves. The students and disciples of Elijah Muhammad, Marcus Garvey, Malcolm X and Louis Farrakhan and other black racists that have incited hatred and racism against the white man are the true roots of evil that inflict any hatred or racism in America today. The ignorance of the liberals that follow them continue to breed a parasite that could have been long gone from American culture, but remains solely because of the disciples and students of evil men who continue to pass such evil down to the generations which follow.

And it's all about a hatred for the white man and God. If anyone thinks not, then they are lying and they know it.

These kind of people fear a man like Trump. Trump can't be bought. He has too much money. He's not a Washington insider. He speaks his mind. He says what he thinks and nobody, but nobody can do anything about it.

And that is why the hateful, racist liberals FEAR Donald Trump.

Racism could greatly diminish in America if there weren't so many blacks like Farrakhan trying to keep it around.

Obama has disrespected the office of the President since he has arrived. In his statement when he produced his birth certificate he mentioned, "We don't have time for this kind of silliness." It's not silliness. It is the integrity of the office he holds.

The racist president and his racist wife need to go. Acorn can not conduct illegal election campaigns for Obama this time around. He's a one-term lame duck president. The liberals will be crying once the worst president in American history is removed from office.

Is the first lady trying to start a race war? She said some things that irritated many whites. I can tell you from experience, if there is a race problem in America it is because blacks and blacks alone create it.

While I was homeless in Las Vegas I had to deal with a very racial group of black people that reeked with hatred. From the Clark County Social Service Department which was staffed by obese black women who hated white men over forty. Blacks that drove city buses abused their passengers, especially the homeless and particularly whites over forty. Black security guards at government installation equally abused the white homeless. The blacks freely used the word "nigger" on the bus. Black bus drivers never corrected them or punished them. Blacks think they have an exclusive right to say the word "nigger", but if a white boy says it, it is a hate word and if used during the commission of crime it would escalate to "Hate Crime".

If racism in America is to end then it must begin with the blacks for they are the only ones who accept it, endorse it and embrace it--all the way to the first lady.

Racism must stop.

America is one nation where all citizens are equal. If blacks choose to use the word nigger, then it can't hurt so bad. All Americans then have a right to use such foolish word.

If Affirmative Action can promote and protect the black Americans, then it must under American law promote and protect ALL Americans!

We need to eliminate from American soil any organization that favors any special racial group, otherwise it is racism. Blacks who practice racism in government office should be removed from their jobs with no benefits of any kind extended toward them, just as racist whites must be removed and without union protection.

It is time racism and favoritism in America stops and that starts with the racist first lady, Michelle Obama, inciting racism as her speeches do.

More blacks go to prison because more blacks commit crimes. On the streets, in the inner cities, where I lived for a length of time, it was blacks who were the most troublesome. Not all blacks. But the majority of troublemakers were blacks.

It is a reflection of how they were raised.

If blacks truly want to end racism and social unrest then they must begin with themselves since they are the only ones who cause such evilness today. And let blacks not forget, it was the white man who freed them from slavery and it was the liberal Democrats who they love so that enslaved them.

I don’t like Donald Trump, but everywhere I go I hear Conservatives supporting Trump.

He’s leading in the polls and he just got into the race. Trump could not only win, he could change the face of Washington, D.C. and the nation.

We’ll see what happens in the coming weeks and months.

Obama is losing support by many people who voted for him. Hillary said she would not run and as much as I love Sarah, I think she needs to find something else to do for she has raised so much hostilities among the Communists, Socialists, Nazis and Animal Farmers of America I don’t think she could win or anybody associated with her.

The GOP has some good people, but Trump is an outsider, has money and when he speaks people either listen or tremble--or stutter. Voters want somebody like that in office.

He would be powerful against the liberals. It would not be all that bad voting for someone I did not like if he did the things I do like. I might not jump for joy if Trump wins the Presidential election of 2012, but I will smile again--from ear to ear.

Democrats: A Burnt Out Light Bulb

At last the Republicans out smarted the Democrats in Wisconsin who left town to keep a bill reducing much of the collective bargaining power of government workers from passing. The Republicans simply removed the spending measurements from the bill which require a quorum. By removing the spending measure the Republicans were able to go ahead and vote and doing so they not only took the bark out of the unionized public employees they pulled their teeth.

Now the Democrats are crying. This is something that will be a hot issue all across our nation.

I've been yelling for years about the grossly ignorant idea of having government workers unionized. I've called them communist. I remember years ago writing about Wisconsin in particular where 25% or their workforce were government workers.

Folks, that's 1 out of every 4 people work in the government!

How can a democracy have that kind of ratio of government workers to private sector? Of course, the real figures to make a state considered communist are when the productivity by the people are more like a ratio of 80% of the workforce being government workers.

I still call them communist because they wouldn't care if they were so long as their paychecks came in for a lifetime at the people's expense.

Public workers in Wisconsin and elsewhere have abused the system so much and milked the taxpayers so badly that the people have only now discovered this fact only because city, state and the federal governments are nearly broke.

Good for Wisconsin Governor Walker and the Republicans for taking a strong stand in this key issue.

I'd like to see what I've advocated for decades, out and out band public unions!

Make them illegal, period! Destroy them. Government workers can pay for their own retirement and pay for their own health insurance just like everybody else does.

The day of the lifetime from cradle to grave welfare for those who enter government are over. Done! Finished! That's it! Join the soup lines like the rest of us Americans have done.

No more stub your toe days off from work with pay.

Vegas has seen this kind of public workers fraud with the city and county fire departments who some make as much as $600,000 per year. The fire department is under investigation right now because firefighters are accused of fraud against the people in an elaborate scheme of abusing overtime. In short, one fireman takes a paid sick time off and another who has to fill his spot is paid overtime.

All across the nation public workers have cheated and schemed the American public and now they are crying because the people are sick of their abuse.

Not all people in government are bad like their coworkers and for them I feel for. But enough is enough. It's time to take back America.

This is a fight that's going to get bloody before it is over. There are a lot of people and a lot of anger on both sides. But it is a fight which must be fought--and fought to win--by the people against the government unions.

Even FDR, a Democrat president that gave America a lot of social programs was against public unions--and for good reason. He could see the abuse coming. The writing was on the wall.

Great job Wisconsin lawmakers!

It's time the unhappy government-employee campers go somewhere else to camp out.

The Changing Landscape of Vegas

Vegas is the sort of place where if you want a picture of something you had better take it now for tomorrow maybe too late. It might not be there tomorrow.

Danny's Slot Country Casino on Boulder Highway at the corner of Desert Inn and Lamb Blvd is one such place.

The place closed down about a month ago, or so it was noticed. Like Dylan's, a popular country & western bar further on down the road on Boulder Highway, a place that used to boom on weekends so much the parking lot was over full and cars would be parked in long lines along Boulder Highway. I remember thinking as I'd drive by, on a busy night, how dangerous that was because someone could easily get clipped coming or going to their vehicle.

Several other places along Boulder Highway have boarded up over the past few months. The continued road construction along the east side's busiest highway has killed a lot of businesses. And it don't seem like they can make up their mind since they fill in the median and then tear it right back up again. In the 12 plus years that I've lived in Vegas the government has torn up and redone millions of dollars of construction work between the North and South lanes. Obviously the city and county planners are ignorant people with no skill since they can't come up with a plan that sticks.

Rather or not the construction killed Danny's slot bar and Dylan's or not is debatable. But the closing of those two joints and many other popular waterholes in Vegas, especially on the east side brings an alarming truth--if well established beer gardens can't survive the economical storm then who can?

Danny's had been there since I moved to town over a dozen years ago. I talked to a neighbor who said it was here in '88 when he moved to town. During recessions or economical hard times, drugs, alcohol and prostitution all increase. I'm sure the bars along Boulder Highway had all three.

Then why was business so bad it couldn't survive?

I believe the short answer is, Vegas is a dying town. It's a boom town gone bust. Many locals are in the habit of saying, "Vegas has always made a comeback and it will again."

That's unlikely. Things are a lot different now than at any other time in Vegas. I don't think she will make a comeback. I think she will die an agonizing death.

There is a very black cloud over Vegas that just doesn't want to leave.

When popular waterholes go under it's time to pay attention. Just like I've always said blank billboards around town are a good indicator of the times. A sharp eye on even a hobo can better predict what the "experts" haven't even seen yet.

Sure, there is a lot of remodeling going on in Vegas. That's because investors who have money can but for pennies on the dollar. Danny's is being remodeled right now by Dottie's, a well established and well-like chain of small slot casinos, running from 12-15 machines only in each establishment. And Dylan's has new banners hanging promising a new, future opening.

Lot's of businesses are getting their hair and nails done now. Some of them extreme makeovers. But when they are all dressed up to go to the party nobody will come because they don't have any money to spend.

And it takes money--consumers spending money--to make a business profitable.

When people's money runs out, sooner or later they will run out--of Vegas that is.

Let the American Haters Go Down the Cesspool

Some Pakistan citizens may have a legitimate point. They protest in the streets claiming their government is corrupt, that officials are skimming money intended to the citizenship, that officials play unfair and cheat the common citizens out of what is rightfully theirs.

We can't blame them.

Most governments, big and small, local and long-distant are staffed by at least some corrupt, if not all corrupt, officials.

Corruption is something nearly all governments have. We Americans are certainly not immune to that fact. Speaking of immunity, no one should be immune from murder charges, diplomat or not. Immunity breeds corruption.

America has a corrupt President right now. A parasite who used illegal and unfair tactics, including the corrupt ACORN organization to get elected. That's nothing new.

And the Pakistan citizenship may or may not be correct during their most recent up rising claiming the American named Raymond Allen Davis, a man claiming Las Vegas connections, is a CIA operative. Whoever and whatever Davis is or done is beside the point. The fact-of-the-matter is that the majority of the Pakistani people hate Americans.

And for that reason alone Big Ear Obama needs to pullout of Pakistan. Finish with it and bring our people home.

We use the excuse that Pakistan is a key allied in the War on Terror and we need to operate there. The truth is our War on Terror has been handled by incompetent officials from the get-go and is still mismanaged.

We spend billions and billions of dollars funding the parasites in the cesspool of Pakistan at a time when the money could be better put to use right here in America.

We ought not be sending any money overseas when our own people are homeless in the streets in numbers never before seen in the history of the United States of America. When we have more people hungry than ever before. When more people are unemployed since the Great Depression. The Obama administrations need to get out of Pakistan and close the purse of the American taxpayer.

There are many good, if not great Pakistan citizens. I've met some good Pakistan people who live and work in America. Like people all around the globe, the problem is not usually with the people, that is, the citizenship, but with governments, the leaders and public officials.

We need to take care of our own people and withdraw from world interests until we recover from our own recession. At least for now, while this economic crisis inflicts hardship on us, we need to be concerned only for Americans on American soil and not of global concerns.

If we truly wanted to win the war on terrorism it would have been won within thirty days after 911 by the mass extermination of the parasites who inflicted war upon the United States. Thirty days of correct military operations is all that it would have taken to eliminate any threat against America and to punish those who participated in the destruction of the American peace.

Condemn to hell those who hate America and Americans. And condemn them to hell NOW!

Only one such "back-alley" case involving a coat-hanger has ever surfaced in the entire history of the world. Just one!

Complete, true stories and documented histories of the murders of millions of babies worldwide at the hands of butchers that call themselves doctors and nurses are a very real thing.

Yet men and women who claim to be children of God, who preach to children and adults about God, and who are "Pro-Choice" and call themselves "Christians" are nothing less than the sons and daughters of Satan.

Government Ought Not Set Wages for Government Personnel

Another criminal thug who calls himself a "public servant" gets a healthy salary thanks to his co-conspirators in the communist government of Clark County, Nevada, home to Las Vegas.

The Las Vegas Sun reported this morning that the new County Manager, Donald Burnette, was approved by the commission for $205,000 per year plus a $600 per month car allowance, plus health insurance and retirement benefits.

The $205,000 the government thug gets is $7,000 shy of what the Food Bank Bandit gets over at Three Squares.

Do I sound a little upset? Of course I am. We the people need to revolt.

Bill Ayers, the radical that encouraged people to storm New York Social Service offices and spearheaded a national movement to keep blacks and others on lifetime welfare never served a single day in prison for his crimes. Not even for bombing New York City police stations, or being involved in the death of his girlfriend and others when a bomb they were building went off in their apartment house.

That same thug who lived a rich life and is an associate of Obama contributed to this out-of-control "higher-education" worth of government personnel.

Bill Ayers never paid for his crimes, but America suffered greatly from them and continues to be a victim. Communism in America has its roots to this guy and LBJ.

No state or local government worker less than the position of the Lt. Governor is worth more than $49,000 per year, and that is with no additional retirement or health benefits.

I arrive at the $49,000 salary level because that is the median income for Americans. No government worker, "public servants", "servants of the people", or any other government employee or personnel rather in administration, mid-level management or public service ought to make more than the people they "serve".

All public employee unions ought to be illegal. These public employee unions need to be destroyed. Administrators ought not receive one penny above the median income and certainly the government ought not be setting wages of government workers or managers. The people ought to be the ones setting the wages of its "servants".

It is time for America to recover. It is time for the American people to take its country back and eliminate the threats that exist against her.

Americans must establish a salary cap of the median income, or currently $49,000, with no extra benefits of any kind, for any and all local and state government workers or employees rather in management or otherwise, and all nonprofit organizations.

Government and nonprofits are bleeding Americans dry. It is time to stop that blood shed and destroy the enemy within--"public service" greed!

It is an easy fix, folks. Make unions illegal, make the maximum government salary for anyone in government at the median income or currently $49,000 per year with no extra benefits. All of their benefits have to be as the people in the private sector are, self-provided.

Russian Immigrants Discover Life After the Circus

I don't often duplicate a post, but this time I will make an exception with this same post being entered also in the Christian River Blog.

The comment I left in the Las Vegas Sun told the newspaper and its readers that for the first time ever I agreed 100% with the comments made by all of the other readers.

There was a story in the Las Vegas Sun. A rare story about rare people who had or have rare jobs. It was even written by a rare writer in that this writer used to write for Soviet Union news in Russia.

This is a story about Russian and Ukrainian immigrants who perform circus acts for Las Vegas casino shows. The story tells about their lives growing up and working in Ukraine and Russia and it tells about how they quietly came to America and left the former Soviet Bloc behind.

I couldn't even begin to tell the story like this eloquent writer, Kim Palchikoff as she covers this fascinating story that all who read agreed was truly a masterpiece.

There are many Ukrainian and Russian immigrants living in Las Vegas. There are several who are homeless, I've befriended many of them. This story isn't about the homeless, but it is about some of the immigrants losing their jobs in the Las Vegas shows. Some found other jobs and others maybe aren't so lucky.

This is one story you don't want to miss. It may be the only story the Las Vegas Sun ever printed worth reading.

They just won't stop. First it was making the military a gay festival and now they want women to be in combat. Women don't belong in combat. As one commenter on one new report put it, "If you put women in combat, then you need to force them to sign up for selective service." And that opens a whole new can of worms.

Women ought to be protected and treated as something that is sacred. Women are not as physically fit as men and they are subject to rape and torture if captured by the enemy. Women ought not be placed in harms way.

My opinion has nothing to do with rather a woman can do a job equally as well as men, of course they can, that's been proven time and time again. My argument is, women simply should not be in harms way.

A woman who has had her arm blown off to the shoulder in combat will have a tough time raising her babies. You've got to hold a kid in order to love him and you can't hold him if your limbs are gone.

Combat is a nasty thing. It's not something a lady ought to be involved in, period.

To allow women in combat means we surrender everything we stand for. We have no more respect. We have no more sense of value. We only have liberal mentality and that is a mentality which defeats us in the face of the enemy.

There are enough loonies going nuts all across the nation. The fat-bellies in Washington need to wake up and stop scratching their testicles in public.

Russia Celebrates Victory Day with World War II Allies

Victory Day is Russia's most important secular holiday.

In 1945 Nazi Germany was defeated by a powerful alliance. That alliance made up the Allied forces which included the United States, Russia, Britain and French militaries to mention the largest cores along with scores of others nations.

The allegiance of the Allied forces won World War II, but broke apart soon afterwards.

For the first time in history, Moscow has invited those former allies of World War II to parade on Red Square. It something that was unimaginable even a decade ago.

11,000 troops of the anti-Hitler coalition marched together Sunday, 09 May 2010. The West and East formed a harmonious march that celebrated victory against the most evil force in world history, Nazi Germany.

The Russians and other nations of the former Soviet Bloc had lost millions of people during the war. Russia had a close encounter with Nazi forces during the 900-Day Siege of Leningrad. The Russians nearly perished in The Leningrad Blockade. The Siege (Blokada )of Leningrad reduced the people of that city to live in the most squalor of conditions. Living conditions worsened for the inhabitants of Leningrad, later renamed St. Petersburg, as the blockade of German-Finnish forces continued. Tens of thousands of Russian people perished in that battle, yet they the living refused to surrender.

Victory Day wasn't to rejoice of the Leningrad victory, which was one of the longest, most destructive sieges in history with the most casualties, and perhaps the most important victory for the Russian people. Victory Day was to celebrate the defeat of the bigger monster that preyed on nations like sharks swallowing smaller, weaker fish--Nazi Germany's fall of Berlin. Russians stood pretty much alone defending Leningrad while
waiting for help as forces from Nazi Germany and Finland nearly annihilated them.

Hitler wanted to literally wipe Leningrad off the map and was determined to starve out the people. He
so much said so to the world as he announced in a speech at Munich.

After escaping the Germans at Leningrad, the Soviet Union teamed up with the Allied Forces led by the United States and advanced on to Germany and eventually defeated Berlin and thus ending the war and German's superiority.

The Soviet Victory Day, 09 May, marked the surrender of Nazi Germany to the Soviet Union. It happened after the original capitulation that Germany earlier agreed to the joint Allied forces of the Western Front. The Soviet government announced the victory early on 9 May after the signing ceremony in Berlin. 1

This marks a great day for Americans and Russia as well as other nations. A solid friendship established by the Russians and Americans is the surest way to global peace. I have advocated the union in friendship since childhood since most of the wars of the modern world involve conflict between these two very powerful and historic nations.

We can do so much together, Russian and the United States. The cooperative efforts between the Russian and American people can only be considered a great thing. We in the West and those in the East have as much in common as we differ. Together we can make our world a better place to live in and together we can advance mankind. I'm not advocating a New World Order or anything of its kind, but I am advocating the peaceful cooperation and partnership between two individual nations for the benefit of mankind.

The American people and the Russian people could be great friends if our governments didn't stand in the way and make endless conflicts against one another. If our governments change their hostilities against the other, our two nations together could make such great progress.
The possibilities and the opportunities for a great future are endless.

We apologize that the United States President, Barack Obama failed to accept your invitation and attend your warm Victory Day event. That was a poor decision of our leader.

Thank you, Russia for the invitation. Now let's work together and stop fighting one another.

Somebody needs to give Donald Trump a buzz cut. He and his hypocrites returns to Las Vegas to sin deeper into destroying young American women's integrity.

On 16 May, 2010, the third year The Miss USA pageant is held on a Las Vegas stage, the pageant returns to Planet Hollywood.

The pageant hasn't even begun yet and the scandal is even bigger than last year when the beautiful Miss California Carrie Prejean stood up to Hollywood's homosexuals.

The staged setup that later stripped Carrie Prejean from her state title was launched by one of the pageant's liberal judges, the most notorious "gay" in America, homosexual blogger Perez Hilton.

Homosexual Hilton asked Prejean what she thought about homosexuals marrying. Prejean answered that she opposed same-sex marriage and that she thought marriage ought to be a union between a man and woman. (The correct answer for any sane person.) Hilton blew a zipper and raged without so much saying so that an American woman from mainstream Christian upbringing was denied her free speech and couldn't think the way she did, and was being forced publicly to succumb to the sickness of far-left hardcore liberal thinking.

I wonder what Trump would have done to Hilton if that was his daughter up on stage being attacked by the homosexual mentality. Trump, famous for his multiple bankruptcy skills in amassing wealth in real estate, never zipped up Hilton's pants.

Donald Trump is co-owner of the Miss USA pageant, which is under the Miss Universe organization.

Now this year, after dethroning Prejean and having a history of dethroning women over privately invaded publications of questionable photos of the women's private lives, such as Vanessa Williams, the Trump & Company flaunts scandalous photos of pageant contestants.

The Illegal Alien Issue

The immigration issue is the hottest thing since the Health Care Scam. Illegal aliens think they have a right to protest and the communist who back them refuse to get it right.

I'm going to propose some very good measures which will straighten out the illegal immigrant issue once and for all.

Obviously the illegal immigration issue has been around a long, long time. I can remember being in my teens or early twenties and thinking of ways to control illegal immigration. I'm almost 57 now, so that's at least 30-plus years. That's three decades, at least, of home invasion of America without our government doing anything about it.

I remember as a youth I thought if the government used airships and lined the border with blimps spaced every so often apart, they'd be able to monitor the invasion activity and the movement of the illegals approaching our borders.

From the air, with airship stations fixed in surveillance positions, nothing could get by the eye in the sky. With technology we'd even be able to use night vision surveillance.

But obviously the government had no interest in controlling our borders because the illegal immigrant population has skyrocketed.

So, I'm going to fix the problem right now, if anyone is listening and willing to pursue my ideas and make it law.

Before I get into it, let me mention, I love the Hispanic crowd. I have many friends who are Hispanic, even some of them illegal. We need to reduce the red tape in becoming a citizen, and we need to get away from the idea that money is a path to citizenship. Rather one is poor or rich ought to have no bearing. It is how someone behaves that counts and his or her track record toward behavior. I want a good Hispanic coming across the border legally to be my neighbor, rather he or she is rich or poor.

The biggest reason I am in favor of the new Arizona Immigration law and encourage it to spread to other states is, I like most Americans, am fed up with the failures and decline of our federal government. But to highlight my reasoning consider this:

Good, legal Hispanic citizens, as well as citizens from other nations all across the world are waiting in line to come to America. Some, as in the case of many Asians have been waiting for 20 years.

These are good people willing to obey the laws of the United States of America and to suffer the long wait required in order to gain citizenship or a chance to become an American citizen.

Why then should a criminal be allowed to cross our borders illegally and to live with all the free benefits most Americans do not have themselves?

They should not! With honest people waiting dishonest people ought not be given favorable treatment.

And that is one of my main reasons for being involved in the debate over illegal immigration. What separates right from wrong here is a behavior thing of separating the legals from the illegals.

One of the ways to solve our problems is to do what I have long said, and that is to take away the motivation of crossing our borders. Gaining citizenship to the United States of America by being a born citizen has long been with us—since the beginning of our nation.

Automatic citizenship by birth is the fundamental reason illegals flock across our borders. For illegals who manage to cross the borders and remain free long enough to have a child born in America the parents at least have children who are American citizens.

Remove that element from our Constitution. A child born in America is no longer automatically a U.S. citizen, but the citizen of the nation the parents are from, or the nation the parents are citizen.

No child, under my law, would gain citizenship of the United States of America solely by birth.

All children born in America would be citizens of the same citizenship that their parents hold. If that is citizenship to two different countries, then the child would have duel citizenship.

Also under my proposal, retroactive reversal of citizenship would take place. That is any child who was born in the United States of America by illegal parents shall be stripped of citizenship.

Now stop the unconstitutional bull crap. There is absolutely nothing in our constitution that protects an illegal alien or one who by means of fraud gained citizenship to the United States.

Another important factor we need to address is the cost illegal aliens force onto the American public. It is staggering.

At UMC, a locally publicly-owned hospital in Las Vegas, millions of dollars are lost each and every month due to illegal aliens. Childbirth of illegals grants U.S. citizenship while strapping American taxpayers with the bill they foot.

Every dime an illegal chalks up as an expense to America needs to be billed and aggressively collected from that person's home county. If a Mexican runs up a bill of $100,000 in medical care, social services, education and other benefits, then Mexico will be billed for $100,000 due immediately or 100% interests compounded daily. If Mexico fails to pay the bill, then United States would have the right to send the United States military across the border to seize the money plus ten times that amount in penalty.

It's a simple fix, folks! A real simple fix.

You take away the citizenship motivation and you charge for the expenses run up on their account and go after the culprit.

If necessary, war ought to be declared against Mexico and U.S. military allowed to seize all the land of Mexico and over throw the government of Mexico and to hunt down and execute the drug cartels and followers.

A simple fix. And it's going to take Republicans to fix it. That is why November is in the thoughts of so many Americans--the majority of Americans.

In a closing note, my system is a humane one. Do a search on General George S. Patton. Early in his career he tracked down the illegal Mexicans who came across the border to raise hell in America and strapped their bodies over the hoods of armor cars like hunters do their wild game trophies and paraded them down the streets.

We have a right to protect our nation from an invasion which threatens to change everything about America's culture and way of life.

If the liberals, socialist and communists can not see that now, then come November they will.

It has always been a source of great information about almost anything. Why, as a kid, National Geographic was the one magazine where a boy could see a naked lady without someone labeling it pornography--and taking it away from him. Photos of naked African women could be viewed in the school library without anyone shaming you.

You learned what was behind the cloths women wore... the most basic form of education always came from National Geographic. And it stuck with you for life!

It was a knowledge you never lost.

Well, now that I'm blushing it's time to get on with the show. (Well, that was the truth!)

A Critter Cam is a neat little camera fixed to an animal to monitor the animal's daily life so scientists can learn more about them. In this case as the video shows, the war between the Sea Lion and the Octopus removed any mystery previously imagined. Who wins? I'm not telling. You just have to watch the neat video and find out for yourself, as well as learn a few other things in the process:

A Disturbing Reality of War

This is a disturbing video footage of two Apache helicopters during engagement in Iraq. Between more than a dozen and up to twenty innocent people were wounded or killed, including children. At least two Reuters staff were killed. A photographer's long-range lens slung over his shoulder was mistaken for an enemy AK-47 assault rifle.

What is most disturbing or even more disturbing about this video is the fact that AFTER the initial assault, helicopter gunners opened up on the wounded and finished them off. They also opened up on clearly unarmed men acting as agents of rescue workers. It is also clear from the video children were present and a voice mentions that the deceased are at fault for bringing the children to battle when in fact the deceased were innocent and clearly of no danger.

In my mind it seems if those on the ground were enemy they would have looked up and engaged the Apache helicopter crews with gunfire. In the video those on the ground never looked up and acted as if they assumed the aircraft were of friendly forces. They certainly were not intimidated by the helicopters overhead as the enemy would have been. These men walked as if everything around them was normal and relaxed.

This is disturbing. Also what is disturbing about our government and our military is that it has taken all of these years for this video and the truth to surface, despite the efforts of Reuters to gain the information through the Freedom of Information Act which clearly needs to be policed by citizens of the United States in order to prevent our government from being Soviet like.

Cute? Maybe the chicken prowlers think so. Good game for the seekers of male lust. He could have me fooled, but then I’ve always judged a book by its cover. And that dude is painted up to party. That dude’s defined a new definition for “stag”.

Excuse my rudeness, but Adam Lambert looks like a chicken that just got his ass kicked in a cock fight.

I can’t help but defend Susan Boyle. She’s done a wonderful job climbing out of poverty. And with her special problems it amazes me just how many cruel and inhumane, insulting and vicious attackers she has. Poor girl.

Everybody knows that Susan Boyle has some special problems. But only the hard-core liberals can make attacks like they do. Is there any wonder why there is so much violence in the world? Why people go nuts and bring out guns and bombs and hurt other people? Take a look at the liberals and see how they attack others. People like Sarah Palin are constantly attacked by liberals, and worst, her family is attacked.

Lambert, a runner-up of American Idol can’t believe its butter. Um, that is better. He’s publicly crying because Susan Boyle ran him off the top of the charts, um, because she happens to be better than he is.

For a lesson in economics Lambert needs to know albums are sold to consumers who by means of supply and demand and responds to popularity make purchases that in reality cast votes on how good a product is. With each purchase being considered a vote, Susan Boyle had more votes than he did. Thus, she is on the top of the charts smashing records while he loses to capitalism reality.

If Lambert knew anything about public relations and consumerism he’d been better off keeping his [deleted] trap shut and not speak so bluntly to Britain’s Gay Times. What you say to reporters is going to be recorded forever and there is zero chance of taking back what you said, once you’ve said it. And that means the same for new celebrities as well as those that have been around awhile.

Lambert told the Gay Times that Susan Boyle’s album I Dream a Dream was “terrible” and that her hit debut single of the Rolling Stones’ hit, “Wild Horses”, was “horrendous”.

Gay marriage has lost in 31 out of 31 states in which gay marriage has been put to a popular vote. Gay marriage has lost in every single one of the 31 states in which the gay marriage issue has been placed on the ballot.

The institution of marriage had been preserved—for the wedding of a man and a woman only—in Maine and all across America.

Constitutional Amendments banning gay marriage has been approved by the voters in all 30 states where the issue has been placed on the ballot.

The battle has only begun and it is likely gay marriage and gay rights issues favoring homosexuals will be repealed in all 50 states, and then the U.S. Constitution, before the battle is over.

In Maine, as in California, and all across our land, the homosexuals have been defeated and will be defeated again and again and again.

The Voice of the American people is rising. Those who have remained silent will be silent no more. The majority of the American people are mobilizing and they will take back America.

In New Jersey and in Virginia the people have spoken. In New York City, the people have spoken. Donald Trump, Miss USA contest owner has yet to answer rather he will disqualify Carrie Prejean as the first runner-up in the national contest.

The controversy began when a male homosexual judge in the Miss USA pageant asked Carrie Prejean a question pertaining to homosexual marriage and he didn’t like her answer.

Since the creation of the Internet there hasn’t been such chatter of the common people upset with their government and fearing their rights will be taken away from them. Rights like the Second Amendment, the right to bare arms.

In the language of people talking on the streets, at bus stops, at shopping centers, at restaurants and any place people gather a common word which keeps coming to the surface like an evil echo is “Nazis”.

On the streets, on blogs, on website videos and just about anywhere people can communicate you hear key words, “Revolution, Revolt, Civil War, Race War, Nazis, Fascist and Fascism, Communist and Communism, Tyranny, Oppression, Nationalist and Nationalism. Each of the Parties the people fear and speak about have their own “handbooks” that can be found on the web,

The fundamental thing here is that the Obama administration has caused a great alarm to create waves of panic all across America.

People are uneasy. People are preparing for a government that will not stop at traditional boundary lines. The people fear the invasion of their privacy, their principles, their rights and other sacred believes by an all too powerful government.

Tyranny, they feel, which is coming from American political leaders exercising too much power.

There is a movement beginning to stir all across America. A movement to defend America from the far-left extremists who have radically challenged American tradition.

Americans are at war with left-wing radicals who have shocked the common people of America with one wave of surprise after another. Almost daily news reports tell of shocking new laws being passed or signed into law. Laws which were rushed in over night and hurried to the signing table. Laws which radically changed the way things were in America. Laws which were said to need swift passage by the use of fear from the lawmakers and Obama.

The battlefield of America is going to see a struggle of political battles for each side besieged and fighting for survival that it hasn’t seen in decades—or perhaps in its history.

A too powerful government is a threat to a free people. And that threat is the instrument which will create an environment which is likely to turn ugly sooner or later.

Like when a new boss walks on a job and makes too many changes too quickly he is bound to upset many of the otherwise stable workers. In the same way Obama will cause instability in an already unstable environment.

If the Obama administration has done anything, it has caused a great fear among the American people. The Obama administration has caused the American people to rise up and defend her with their voice.

Not all that are in the New Movement are in totally agreement with each other, but the one common bond is Americans fear their loss of liberty with the swift movement of the new government.

Americans are fighting back.

There is far more chatter on the Internet, blogs, radio and TV talk shows and news magazines of American people being disturbed and in fear of an increasingly hostile political movement by the administration that is anti-American.

From kids in high schools and colleges across America (like the video show of We Are Change shown at the bottom of this web page), to retired people writing in their blogs to the once silent majority taking front stage and speaking out, Americans are uniting against tyranny.

Obama is moving with the swiftness that was in common with Adolph Hitler’s Nazi Party, Joseph Stalin Communist Party and Saddam Hussein Baath Party.

In a little over two months since his inauguration, Obama has managed to destroy long-standing American principles and ideology.

Using left-wing radical Legislative members of Congress and using unprecedented Executive sweeping powers, Obama has managed to suppress Americanism.

In less than two months he has overturned much of American principles. He has let loose terrorist without trials for crimes they committed. He has caused American taxpayers to pay for abortions. He has allowed expansion of stem-cell research. He has endorsed homosexual activities and has destroyed the concept of marriage only between a man and woman. He has interfered with the free market place. He has used worst-than-Bush privacy invasion and has held secret meetings with foreign governments. He endorses allowing the federal government to seize the information on personal computers without due process of law. And there are many more Obama items on a list of destruction for America.

Never in American history has so many radical changes been made so swiftly concerning American policy set by a newly elected President. Never before in U.S. history has such swift-moving policies upset so many American people.

He has even turned many of those who voted for him against him. Many voters who originally supported Obama are now seeing the light of his deception and misrepresentation of his political campaign. Those who now see the evilness of his political office are turning to side with the new movement—the now not-so-silent majority.

The counter movement is rising and gaining momentum. The political interference of the federal government has everyday citizens up in arms.

Just this morning news announcements publish reports of Obama forcing General Motors chairman and CEO, Rick Wagoner, to step down. Wagoner has been with General Motors for 32 years and has run the company since 2000.

We never admired Wagoner as the top GM man and we believe other executives could better run General Motors, our beloved automaker, but we question the right of an American President to interfere with free enterprise internal affairs.

The stock market plunged on the news of the administration interfering with the auto industry.

Is America leaning toward socialism or is it on course of becoming a full-blown Communist state?

Those questions are on the minds of the average American. From sea to shiny sea the American people are voicing their opinions that our country is sliding into a political government that no traditional American wants.

We are losing our values and representing something other than what most Americans consider to be the American ideology.

The wedge driven between Americans will divide many at the same time it is uniting others.

How to End the Powerful IRS

End the Federal Income Tax and Create a Federal Sales Tax Instead

By converting the nation entirely to a sales tax nation, thus adding the federal government to a portion of share of sales tax collected with states and local government, we could effectively eliminate income tax as we know it and thus the IRS.

How we could do this is by substantially raising the sales tax, or slowly raising it while rapidly doing away will various IRS forms of income tax.

By using the sales tax method, we would need to place a sales tax on items we normally would exempt from sales tax, but it replaces IRS income tax.

We would also eliminate the dreaded April 15Th income tax deadline, and/or quarterly business tax filing periods.

We would also eliminate much need for record keeping or accounting books other than saving the receipts of sale tax expenditures.

Under the sales tax plan, both personal and business federal income tax is eliminated and a General Federal Sales Tax is imposed applying to both individuals and businesses.

By doing this, as consumers, we support, through sales taxation, the federal government. We should begin such a program of converting from Federal Income Tax to Federal Sales Tax with individuals first followed by business or corporate taxation only after the individual tax transition is running smoothly.

The better the economy is, the more the government makes. The better the economy the more people are spending. The worst the economy and the least people are spending the less the government makes.

This would eliminate costly and complex IRS codes and do away with government interference in the lives of citizens. It would eliminate much of the power the government has over the people by the exercising of IRS rules and regulations.

Such a plan would harness the IRS and unshackle the people. Rather than the IRS rule the people, the people would rule the IRS.

It would also reduce the number of federal employees working for the federal government since not nearly so many public employees would be needed. It would also reduce the court case loads which involves disputed cases over income taxation.

It would eliminate the hostilities of anti-tax groups—or at least should.

It would bring cash sooner to the federal treasury since the cash sales tax is collected at the time and date of the point of sale. Income tax is filed quarterly or yearly verses a sales tax which is applied at the point of sale.

Tax cheats would be eliminated since sales tax is collected by businesses selling goods and there would be no way around not paying sales taxes. There are many ways around paying federal income tax and cheating on federal and state income taxes is all too common.

People in possession of stolen goods not only would be in thief of the goods, but also in the thief of the federal sales tax and thereby making thief a higher crime.

Someone working under the table and not paying income taxes would not be able to avoid paying federal sales taxes in goods they purchase.

There are numerous methods and benefits derived from replacing a federal income tax with a federal sales tax. Everyone would be paying into such a system since everyone is a consumer. It would be a far less complex system and a fairer system and even the uneducated individuals would understand how it works.

One of the best ideas about such a GFST is it removes much government control over a free people. Government with too much control over the people is not good government.

The fairness of paying ones fair share of federal tax is determined by the dollar value of the goods one purchases.

The proposed federal sales tax can be adjusted if there is a need for a break or increase on certain consumer goods purchases or on business purchases.

A variation or example of a General Federal Sales Tax (GFST) could be let’s say, 10% of the dollar amount of consumer goods purchased. The actual percentage of the GFST can go up or down according to federal government need and determination.

Food items may be taxed at a far lower rate than other items, and since there is no federal income tax the poor are paying less taxes on survival needs. Someone purchasing a wide-screen TV would pay more tax than someone purchasing a 13” black and white TV simply because of the cost or value of the item purchased.

Each consumer good item would need to be evaluated to determine the need of special GFST favors or not. Businesses also may pay a smaller tax or no tax on certain items if a price break or tax break is considered by the government.

Tax on wholesale purchases would need to be determined to make it fair for corporations and businesses to pay their fair share of tax or be exempt from taxes completely or partially during certain economical times.

The primary difference between a federal income tax and a federal sales tax is that we would be paying tax on our spending rather than on our income.

In general, the GFST would increase our customary sales tax substantially, and then once collected it would be divided up among the local, state and federal governments to fund the treasury of each corresponding government.

We will write more on this idea of using the federal sales tax to replace the federal income tax in the future. Begin thinking about the conversion from a federal income tax to a federal sales tax using such a taxation method.

If for no other reason than to make it a fairer way to tax, the elimination of tax cheats and elimination of complex IRS codes, rulings and regulation and the IRS itself, would make it a beneficial change. In fact it would eliminate the IRS as we know it.

Ending the IRS as we know it without jeopardizing the U.S. Treasury would be a good thing and it would mean more freedom for Americans--a free people.

Our Great Nation is in Dire Strait

Over four months have past since we last posted on this blog. We have been very busy with other endeavors, but all is not lost.

Perhaps our silence has been a good thing.

While we launched other projects the time of silence has given us the opportunity to see how things on the political agenda has unfolded.

We don't like what we see.

The results of the election in November brought a shiver to us. That shiver has increased and the coldness we feel deepens.

We see things happening in our great nation that startles us and angers us at the same time.

A swift-moving president and a swift-moving congress creates the image of a socialist or even communistic regime. Many Americans are alarmed. Many Americans have armed themselves with guns. Many Americans speak of revolt.

One thing for certain, America is no longer united. It is perhaps at the most divided time in its young history. That division seems to be growing, not only by the day, but by the hour.

While we have accomplished many things while we were silent, waiting for the results of the election, the new administration policies and the just being nice and giving the new administration a chance to get used to the new office and sober up from the honeymoon party, we are ready to speak again.

Our other endeavors are moving along and soon we will be ready to spend ample time with this project. We will join many conservative Americans in our battle to regain our positions in our country.

We are less than one month away to being one year when we created this site. Many things have gotten in our way while we took an idea and created the fertile grown for that idea to grow. It remains to be seen just how fruitful our labor will be, but the will is there to see it become a vine with many branches bearing much fruitful fruit.

Like many Americans, if not most Americans, we are upset with the way America's political, social, economical and religious issues are heading. In short, we are angry with the way our society is endangered by the a far left radical group. And there, we will speak out. And there, we will join forces with thousands, or more correctly stated, millions of other conservative Americans who blog, who hold talk-shows, who have TV shows and who comment on the gloomy days of American tragedy.

We join forces with those who hold the desire of taking back America.

And take back America we will!

Tomorrow, November 4Th, 2008, Americans will take to the election precincts to cast their votes for the new president of the United States of America.

Historic voter turnout is expected. It could go either way.

Liberals and Conservatives have clashed during the longest presidential campaign in history. Republicans and Democrats have divided the nation on issues each claim to be the right choice.

In less than 24-hours Americans by large numbers will begin heading to the voting machines to place their votes. By the end of tomorrow we will know which way this nation will be heading as a new president is elected.

Neither, presidential candidate, regardless of the winner, is going to inherit anything pretty. Who ever wins is going to inherit a job we couldn't wish on our worst enemy. The nation is in such a mess, so many things in shamble, we can only wish who ever wins well.

Soon, we will know rather we are doomed as a nation, or rather there is still hope to survive.

We're posting this entry just to let you know we haven't evaporated like our economy. Since we last blogged our nation has fallen into the pits.

We've been working on other projects and hopefully soon we will be able to get back to 24/7.com and bring her back up to speed. We had lots to write about during the continued economical crisis in America. But, soon we'll get back on track.

Russian-Georgia Conflict

The Russian-Georgia Conflict brings a disturbing reality to the world. World peace is unlikely to come anytime soon.

During the events of the Russian invasion of Georgia, the world has seen who is truly in charge in Russia. As suspected by Western citizens and political figures and many inside Russia, Vladimir V. Putin is clearly in charge of the former Soviet Union state.

The war brings to light that Russia's President Dmitri A. Medvedev is merely Prime Minister Putin's puppet. Putin is clearly running Russia and making the decisions not Medvedev.

During the opening of the Olympics, on the eve of the Georgia invasion, it was Vladimir Putin who was in Beijing holding a meeting with President Bush. Dmitri Medvedev was taking a cruise on the Volga River. Putin has retained power of the former Soviet Union motherland and seems to want to hold a strong hold on former Soviet states such as Georgia, Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan, pro-Western governments since the breakup of the former Soviet Union. The Kremlin remains upset about the pro-Western choice of former Soviet states it once controlled-- and in many ways, still controls.

Georgian president, Mikheil Saakashvili, made a serious mistake escalating hostilities with South Ossetia and Abkhazia, the Russian-backed separatists and enclaves. Saakashvili seriously underestimated the Kremlin with Putin, a former KGB official, in charge.

The gamble and risks could escalate a new cold war. It could reverse 20 years of Pro-Western harmony of some former Soviet Union territory. It could further drive a wedge between the West and the former Soviet bloc. It could give Russia, now a strong and viable nation, all the reason to attack its neighbors and recreate a new Soviet Union.

The Russian Army is not a weakling, but a very phenomenal force capable of repeating past invasions while the world stands by and watches, doing nothing to stop it.

Yes, Mr. Saakashvili made serious mistakes and miscalculations. Those mistakes may lead to serious regrets for decades to come.

The Moscow Times reported this morning that there were no sign of promised Russian troop pullback. Broken promises is not unlike the old Russia of the Soviet Empire.

If there will be peace in the region anytime soon remains to be seen. One thing for certain, hundreds if not thousands have died of a senseless muscle flexing which met a bigger muscle flexing-- Putin's.

As long as Putin is in power in Russia, the West and the pro-West must treat him and Russia delicately. Or else face 20 years of advancement collapsing.

Islam Powerplays Are Deadly

Once again suicide bombings destroy lives. Modern deployment of al-Qaida terrorist attacks once again use women and children to kill women and children.

This morning three female suicide bombers walked into the center of a crowd of pilgrims in Baghdad and blew their explosive vests. Another female bomber killed some 25 people and wounded 185 in Kirkuk, for a total of some 57 killed and 300 wounded in a single day of female suicide bombings.

Police and health officials in Baghdad said most of the dead were women and children.

The senseless and barbaric religion of al-Qaida and like terrorist groups can hardly be called a "religion". The cult is nothing more or less than brainwashing schemes of murderous psychopaths.

The forces of evil must be met with deadly force and that force needs to come from the people of Arab nations. If Arabs continue to endorse such barbaric acts because they do nothing to suppress them, then sooner or later their own blood will be shed because of their idleness.

No one is better equipped to challenge and defeat the likes of al-Qaida than the Arab nations themselves. The al-Qaida membership and those radicals like them are the brothers and sisters of the Arab people. No one knows more than the Arabs the whereabouts and hiding places of the evil terrorists.

It is that knowledge the Arabs themselves hold that will determine rather there will ever be peace in the Middle East or everlasting war.

Any people who endorse the using of women and children to kill women and children can not have a future. They shall perish as all evil eventually perishes. Any nation which stands by and does nothing when it has the power to do something shall perish as well.

The Arabs, the Islam, the Muslims need to end the violence in the Middle East lest they doom themselves. They hold the power, all the need is the will.

Dubai World Invests In Las Vegas

Recently the CityCenter, the Las Vegas Boulevard construction site owned by Dubai World, the investment arm of the Persian Gulf state of Dubai and the MGM Mirage, saw its sixth death of a construction worker in 16 months of the construction project.

Dubai World owns half of the ownership of the CityCenter with a $5 Billion investment and a 9.4 percent ownership of MGM Mirage. The $9.2 billion construction site has been in the Las Vegas local news due to the "unsafe job site". Union workers went on strike recently protesting unsafe working conditions after the sixth death of a construction worker.

Dubai World, a United Arab Emirates (UAE) owned company had previously been involved with investing in British-owned Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company (P&O). That purchase in 2006 would have given Dubai World control over six U.S. ports in New York, Miami, Newark-Port Elizabeth, Philadelphia, New Orleans and Baltimore. Politicians around the country assembled together to raise alarms about the vital ports falling into the hands of Arabs. The Bush administration had given quick approval, but protests followed. Critics screamed that two of the 9/11 hijackers were from the UAE and that the emirate was used as a financial and operational hub by
al-Qaeda.

Few know that the emirate has continued to invest in America. MGM Mirage recently fired over 400 casino workers in Las Vegas and the controversy raises an eyebrow. Is MGM Mirage selling out America?

In the past few decades American workers have seen their employer become foreign. Many American industries vanished only to be moved overseas. What do Americans think about this huge investment of Las Vegas Real Estate & Jobs being purchased by Dubai World?

At the very least, by doing our own independent research and conducting a self-study with the information available to us, we can have a better understanding of just what Islam is.

As we scrape the tip of the iceberg into the subject of Islam we see apparent fractions in Islam just as divisions in Christianity have developed. Today there are so many different churches calling themselves Christian Churches and so many versions of the bible that the only common denominator among them is the belief of Jesus Christ as Lord. The practices of some of these so-called Christian churches and the printing of some bizarre bibles carry a word quite different than what is accepted in traditional Christendom. In addition, translation of ancient text by mankind has frequently been tampered with to the convenience of man.

Interpretations of both the Holy Bible and the Quran has been subjected to misrepresentation by faulty people who have in turn mislead their followers with something completely different what either the Holy Bible or the Quran say.

In order to study Islam and understand Islam we need to study the Quran. (Also sometimes spelled Koran or Qur'an.) In the sidebar to the right under the heading 24/7.com The Propaganda Machine of Islam & World Public Enemy Number One we have added many links to study Islam. There are numerous links displaying translations to English versions of the Quran. We do this so that we may look at many different English versions of the Quran and safeguard ourselves by checking that they each are identical in form, or at least with few discrepancies of any major significance between them. We have also added numerous evidence of Islamic hatred and violence reports including the teaching of evil to children and the honor killing of girls and women. Also included are web sites of Islamic studies and teachings. Some of these such as those of Submission.org attempt to explain (with evidence) how the Quran does not teach what the terrorist or Islam Extremist claim it does.

Using Research to Conquer Ignorance

In order to solve any problem we must first understand what causes the problem. In order to understand what causes a problem, we must first do our research. When we do our research we will find the knowledge required in order to solve our problem.

In order to win any debate, we must also equip ourselves with knowledge. We equip ourselves with knowledge by again doing research. Without research we surrender knowledge to ignorance. With in-depth research we fortify our knowledge and eliminate ignorance. Thus, we win debates and we solve problems.

Ignorance allows propaganda to infiltrate our minds. Misinformation or half truths (propaganda) is what destroys our higher intelligence because we think and make decisions based upon false information. Our intellect can only be heightened by a greater understanding which can only come from knowledge.

Extensive research is the only way one can be absolutely certain he or she is receiving correct information in which provides the basis for decision. In other words, intelligent thinking or knowledge is based on facts rather than fiction or ignorance.

Examples of harmful propaganda is when we read something which is not true and we base our thought pattern on the subject because we believe it to be true. We may read an email sent to us by a friend who forward it to us from a long list of senders who continued the propaganda email chain. What began as one person's opinion or distorted and fabricated statement about someone or something now becomes our belief. Something which is totally not true, but fed our emotions, is now something we not only believe is true, we also participate in forwarding the email to others and thus continuing to spread the propaganda.

Out emotions WANT us to believe the contents of the propaganda.

So, the propaganda lives on in our minds until such time we pause and research the subject matter at question and discover we have been fed lies. If you take the first two letters and the last two letters off of the word believe you arrive at the word lie. When you peel back statements you have heard or read with a closer look you also often see a similar parallel hiding under the covers. Be it an email or simply one writer's work, a piece of fabrication or distorted truths, we often find facts by doing our own research which dispels our previous thinking. Thus, now armed with the facts (from many sources due to in-depth research) we have moved up on the intellectual scale.

We are now able to make rational or logical decisions because we are using facts instead of misinformation to base our decisions.

Facts give us knowledge and ignorance is dispelled.

The aforementioned ideology pertaining to research, more specifically self-study for higher learning, can be applied to any subject matter in question. In order to be a problem solver second-to-none or a master debater on any given subject one has to do independent research in order to find the facts needed to support one's claim. 24/7.com has provided those tools for you so that you can explore your own fact-finding mission.

Although we will voice our own opinions on any given subject, our goal is not to convince you of our way of thinking on any particular subject matter, but to provide you with some tools to help you arrive at your own decision or thought process by assisting you with knowledge. Loaded with knowledge you will then be able to draw your own conclusions and decisions for a higher level of thinking based on facts rather than propaganda--or someone else's opinion.

This does not mean one actually needs to be on the frontlines of any particular activity in order to do self-research. Verify everything which is important if you are not already certain of the accuracy of a certain piece of information input into your mind. Higher intelligence tells us to verify what we receive as information in order to protect our minds from propaganda. We don't simply want to believe something is true, we want to know something is the truth. If you are uncertain about a statement being one of truth, you need to verify it and be certain it is a fact before forwarding that piece of information on to someone else or else you could be participating in spreading propaganda. The greater your audience, the greater the damage.

Decades ago the marketing Atomic bomb crashed through the roofs of Mom & Pop stores across America. The old-fashion mom and pop stores gave way to change in America and soon faded from the nation's landscape. The explosion of corporate-owned chain-stores called mini-markets soon replaced the long-standing independent mom & pop stores. The corporate "convenient" stores soon added self-service gasoline pumps.

Full-service gasoline stations began to disappear as well. Self-service convenient stores replaced full-service gasoline stations. Americans could no longer sit behind the wheel of their automobile and receive full-service attention while having their gasoline tanks filled with fuel. Things like having their windshields cleaned, their oil checked, even their tire pressure checked soon became a thing of the past or became a rarity. Now Americans had to pump their own fuel and do maintenance checks on their autos for themselves. Eventually, "self-service" would mean paying more for less service.

As food and gasoline and prices of other consumer goods went up, you were getting less service and doing more of the work yourself. There was a new meaning to "Independence".

Small, family-owned grocery stores gave way during the same era to large company-owned super stores. The independent grocer was replaced by corporate conglomerates. Supermarkets sprung up on American landscape and super centers soon followed. Grocery stores got into department store business and department stores started selling groceries. Super centers, or supermarket expressways now made one-stop shopping experience handy--or sometimes a nightmare. 24/hour shopping also became possible.

The single cash register was replaced with three checkout counters. Three checkout counters were replaced with 20-checkout counter stores. You have seldom if ever seen all of the checkout counters used at once in any of the big stores. Supermarket Expressways became gridlocked and long lines of shopper-traffic jams continued during peak "rush-hour" shopping traffic at markets with even the countless rows of check out counters. There was never enough manpower (or woman power) to man all those checkout counters to begin with. What do you do with 20 cashiers when there is no shoppers in the store?

Then came the idea of "express checkout". What used to be "5 items or less, cash only" became "10 items or less" and now often "20 items or less" and pay with whatever you have, cash, check, credit card, debit card, or any other legal means of commerce you may have. It is not unusual to find someone cheating the system, not obeying the Supermarket Expressway traffic signs, "20 items or less", as they navigate their semi shopping cart stuffed full with seemingly 100 plus items in the express lane. So much for "express". If you stopped in for a single item you could plan on spending a lot of time cashing out thanks to the express lane violators and due to the fact there is seldom, if ever, a supermarket expressway traffic cop around when you need one.

Wait! There is more! It is always the least experienced clerk behind the express checkout counter. The most experienced clerks operate the regular checkouts, which means the express lane is going to move slooooow!

But then the next generation of ideas come along. Self checkout. Holy smokes, a crooks dream! No need for a clerk to check you out, simply swipe your groceries over a scanner and pay with a choice of options when you are done. One clerk will assist a multiple of self-checkout counters. No need to pay any more people than necessary, when customers can check themselves out. But then again, this new grand idea finds its own bottleneck, customers who don't have a clue how to use them. Thus, long lines form as frustrated shoppers behind the disabled, confused shopper keep glancing at their wrist watches.

Home grocery delivery might not be a bad idea after all, since many stores are getting into that line of service. But then, what if you just want that single item or two? Why should it take all day in order to purchase just that one or two items? Is there any mastermind out there who can solve the decades-old problem of gridlock supermarket expressways?

While more people are being put out of work because of modern machines and technology, we seem to have no faster service than what we had decades ago when prices were reasonable. And, when we did a lot less work ourselves as a CUSTOMER.

What is a Declining Reward Method as proposed by 24/7.com Problem Solvers?

A declining reward is a system used to motivate people with information about a crime to come forward sooner, rather than later.

When there is an urgency for law enforcement to gain information quickly on a crime such as murder, kidnapping, missing persons or suspects involved in foul play, stolen weapons or any situation where life or property is in jeopardy, the Declining Reward would come into play.

Since reward offers often motivate people in the know to come forward to help law enforcement solve a crime or solve a mystery, the declining reward stimulates them to do so sooner. Law enforcement and/or families need answers as soon as possible, thus the declining reward offers a larger reward to those who come forward ASAP, rather than to those who wait.

Examples of a Declining Reward:

A convenient store is robbed, and a clerk is murdered. The store owners, and/or family or some other group offers a reward for the information leading to the arrest and conviction of the perpetrator(s).

The initial reward goes out and is publicly published at say $10,000. The first bulletin announcing the reward is issued on Monday and provides a 24-hour deadline for the people in the know to come forward and offer the police the information they have on the crime and the suspects they claim to be involved. In order to receive the full amount of the Declining Reward the informant must come forward within that 24-hour period. Failure to contact police within that 24-hour period leads the reward to drop on Tuesday to only $9,000. With the ability to collect that amount ($9,000) only if the person(s) with the information steps forward within that next 24-hour period. Each day, or 24-hour period the reward declines by another $1,000 until it disappears all together with no reward offered, or to an amount that levels off and continues for the remaining life of the reward offer. For instance, say it drops to $5,000 and then only a $5,000 reward will remain until the crime is solved.

A Reward Bulletin Might Look Like This:

A $10,000 Declining Reward Is Offered in the Jane Doe Murder Case. If you have information about this crime you have 24-hours to come forward to the Metro Police Department with information which will lead to the arrest and conviction of the perpetrator(s) of this crime in order to collect the entire amount. In 24-hours the reward will be reduced to only $9,000 and you will no longer be eligible to collect the full amount. Each 24-hour period the declining reward will be reduced by $1,000 until no reward is offered. (or to only $5,000.) So, if you have information on this crime, you are urged to come forward now in order to take advantage of the full reward amount of $10,000.

If set up correctly, the declining reward offer encourages people who are aware of a crime and who hold inside knowledge of that crime to speak to law enforcement officials in a timely manner. It provides a greater reward to those who come forward quickly, than for those who delay, thus solving crimes quicker and possibly saving additional lives while getting dangerous criminals off the street sooner.

The police and the parties offering the declining reward can set any amounts or time limit combinations they desire. Instead of a 24-hour interval of decreasing reward amounts, they may elect to offer a one-week interval before the amount offered as a reward drops. Different combinations of reward money, time intervals and other conditions can be made by the designers of the reward depending on the urgency of the crime or life threatening situation, such as a reward canceling out completely, or reducing to a smaller amount to remain in place for an unlimited period of time. A $100,000 reward offer could drop to a $50,000 reward offer and then continuing to drop to smaller amounts from there. There is no limit on the design or manner of a declining reward. The sooner someone comes forward with critical information the more that person will be rewarded and thus the sooner law enforcement can capture dangerous criminals.

During and after the commission of many crimes other people are aware of the crime or have knowledge about the crime. The declining reward can encourage these persons to come forward quickly. They would know that if they wait to come forward, they would lose the financial gain of coming forward sooner, rather than later.

Stimulus Checks: The True Story

We had lunch with Uncle George in order to find out what was going on with the stimulus checks aka "rebate checks". He told us to be self-educated and to do the work ourselves and not reply on old media. So, we did just that.

By going to the http://www.irs.gov/ web site of the Internal Revenue Service, we found the answer to our question. (Also found in the 24/7.com U.S. Government Headquarters sidebar to the right.)

We were met with a user-friendly IRS whatchamacallit, who asked, "When will you get your stimulus payment?" (Check out our payment schedule to find out)

So, we did.

Economic stimulus payments will be issued according to the last two-digits of the main filers Social Security number. For joint filers, the payments will go out based on the person listed first on the return. Payments will be made by either direct deposit or paper checks, consistent with how people filed their 2007 tax return.

If you have questions after reading the below schedule of payments, please contact the IRS at 1-800-829-1040.

People who use direct deposit also will be among the first to receive the payments starting April 28. [Uncle George's motivation to teach you to comply!] Direct deposit will be made daily and completed by the date listed below:

Okay, so some previous news reports on when we would get our checks were obviously wrong. Rebate Checks

April 28, 2008 was the date the IRS promised to have rebate checks land in people's bank accounts for those who used direct-deposit when filing their income taxes. By May 2nd all direct-deposit checks were said to be in the bank accounts.

Uncle George took time from his busy day in Washington D.C. to assure Americans the checks were on there way. 'The checks are in the mail', we've heard that line before.

24/7.com finds otherwise. Some people won't get their checks until July, if they did not use direct-deposit when they filed their federal income tax. We understand that. But we spoke to several people who should have gotten their checks on the first shipment of April 28Th, but as of yet have not received them. Those who were suppose to receive their checks by May 2nd apparently can expect good ol' U.S. government service. Lip service, that is.

Uncle George seems to be a chip right off the old man's block, 'Read my lips'.

In other words, hold your hand on your back pew and get it in your mind, your check will get there when it gets there and don't depend on anything Uncle George or the IRS may tell you. Those lying eyes, we should have known, huh?

You'll be shocked at some of the things you will read in their exposures of big companies and the credit card banks which tried to bring America down with their greed and fleecing.

Other writers on MSN Money tell how Americans are in for a rough financial ride ahead, as well. So, go grab yourself a cup of coffee or tea. Better yet, bring the whole pot over to your computer and put your seat belts on and read the articles which might give us a clue why America is in trouble and why we just might need to make a 911 call.

Microsoft Is Out of the Race

MICROSOFT drops bid for Yahoo. Yahoooooooooooo! We can breathe easier now that the best email service on the planet is not going to be tampered with by a company that has lost its ability to keep its own business running smoothly and good enough to please its current customers.

Microsoft is a great company, but it has its own problems with customer service which needs fixing. Yahoo will survive and continue to be a leader as the best email service provider business than any competition has to offer. Yahoo will also do okay with its search engine. It will never pull ahead of the leader in that field, Google, however.

So, we are back to square one, each company doing what it does best. What they each started out doing. 24/7.com hopes it stays that way.

The Battle Has Just Begun

Taking back America? What is this all about?

It is about reversing the evils which has taken over our nation and reinstating American principles and fundamental founding government.

What? Do you mean a revolution? Not exactly, but then, yes, it would be a revolution of sorts, a silent revolution. Although Americans have the right by their constitution to over throw their government, we are not speaking of over throwing our government. We are perfectly content with our government as it was designed. We simply need to make some adjustments and some changes to our existing government. We need to change many laws and change the way people tolerate some of our existing laws.

Meaning? Meaning we the people as a nation, which is a nation in which is a democracy, where the majority rules, have allowed the minority to rule. The silent majority has allowed the vocal and loud, often intimidating minority to rule our nation for the past sixty years. We need to reverse that.

We need to reverse that, and we can reverse that by no longer being the silent majority, but a vocal and loud majority. Remember, in a democracy the majority rules. We are a democracy and the majority must rule, not the minority.

So how do we reverse it? We reverse it by using our brains as much or more than we do our mouths. First, we must think. We must come together as a majority and use our brains to counter the attacks which have come from within on America.

What attacks? The propaganda machine which has fooled Americans during the past sixty years and caused us to believe in something we do not believe in our hearts.

Such as? Such as issues of legalized abortions, homosexual "rights", removing Christian religion from public display and government "public" property, separation of church and state, anti-family legislations, the teaching of our children evil things and false education in our government schools. The laundry list goes on... and it is a very dirty laundry list. You know, all things you have been thinking, but were afraid to say or express out loud.

Whoa! Are you saying all of the modern-day cultures and sub-cultures are to be reversed? Not all of them, just most of them or at least many of them.

That is a war. Yes, you may think of it as a war. It is a war of sorts to regain our nation and to Take Back America from the evil forces that sold us out and betrayed us with lies and propaganda machines.

Now how do you do that? You can't fight City Hall and Congress! We are a government of the people, by the people, for the people, so yes; we can fight City Hall and Congress. That is because City Hall and Congress are under our control and rule. We are the people and in this land, despite what some propaganda machines might teach, we the people rule, not some invisible government created by the powers that be. We must commit ourselves at the grassroots level and work our way up. That is, from City Hall to Congress.

Did you know that Supreme Court Judges can be impeached? Did you know that Congress can crush and reverse every Supreme Court ruling ever made if it chooses to do so? Did you know that if there is one fundamental source to blame for the changes of American principles which have occurred over the past sixty years that blame can be pointed directly toward and on the U.S. Supreme Court? Did you know that the Supreme Court has repeatedly over-stepped their bounds and authority and have become an all-too-powerful force against American founding principles?

How did that happen? Congress let it happen. We the people allowed it to happen because we did not curtail the abusive powers of the Supreme Court as it escalated out of control and took over American law through the means of violating American law. We the people allowed it to happen by not forcing congress to act on the abusive rising powers of the Supreme Court, powers hostile to American majority and the U.S. Constitution. We the people failed to force our congress, our elective representatives from acting to protect our American Society. That is how.

The minority groups in America have used the Supreme Court for the past sixty years to bypass the majority rule of the people. The minority groups have bypassed Congress and thereby bypassed majority rule. In order to take back America, we need to retake our system of laws by engaging our congress to overrule the Supreme Court. We need to engage Congress into acting as the representation of the American majority in which to curtail the runaway, unauthorized powers of the Supreme Court in which the judges failed to uphold their oath of office.

There is a lot of work to be done, so roll up your sleeves and get ready to TAKE BACK AMERICA!

Most importantly, as we move into the 21st Century American Revolution of Taking Back America, 24/7.com advocates a peaceful means of doing so. Peaceful means by utilizing our constitutional rights as set forth by our founding fathers and Christian values as commanded by Jesus Christ. That means, we do not advocate nor endorse any type of hate procedures of any kind against any individuals or persons. If we used any kind of hate or harmful acts against any human being doing so would be a violation of God’s Law and therefore render us as unworthy of God’s Plan. We would be no better than the evil forces which we unite against. God teaches us to love one another and our constitution teaches us to use our laws to make or change our laws. We may hate what someone does, but we should never hate the person. We can make the changes needed in order to restore the principles of our founding fathers as a nation simply by bringing together the majority of the people and exercising our right to change the laws of our land. And we can do so peacefully, without a shed of hate in our being.

First, 24/7.com is going to educate you and teach you how to educate yourself. You no longer need to feel that you are being led to slaughter. You can think for yourself. God gave you a brain so that you could think for yourself. If you are given the correct facts, then you can make an intelligent decision on the issues which affect your life. You can make intelligent decisions for yourself and if we agree, then together we can start rebuilding America and paving that road back to when America was the greatest nation on earth, under GOD!

Americans need to be paid weekly. Bi-weekly or twice-per-month paychecks are not timely enough for most Americans.

The poverty level and homelessness across America are reaching an all-time high. It may not be surprising to find these levels mirror those of the Great Depression if the current trend continues. Homelessness has tripled in recent years from previous year’s counts. Those numbers are certain to rise as the economical storm continues to gain momentum.

Many people in America live paycheck to paycheck. With the inability to save or with savings depleted due to economical factors many Americans are at risk of sinking into poverty level and/or homelessness. Destitution for many Americans is being caused by a number of factors compounding. The housing & financial crisis, skyrocketed gasoline prices, inflation, increasing unemployment, rising food prices and numerous other factors to name just a few.

America is in for another wave of economical hardship in the near future which will rival and dwarf any of the previous causes of economical breakdown. Wheat futures have recently tripled. This rise in wheat prices which affects the food chain in livestock feeding as well as human consumption was directly caused by the U.S. Government encouraging farmers by means of financial incentives NOT to grow wheat crops but to grow corn for purposes of fuel use rather than human consumption. Ethanol production has abstracted corn and wheat production from human and livestock consumption for the purpose of fuels. Fuel prices continue to skyrocket as do food prices, however.

With the already reduced wheat crops on American farmlands, adverse weather especially flooding, on the many existing American wheat fields has caused additional lose or damaged wheat crops. Global wheat production is in peril.

U.S. food inflation is currently at its worst in seventeen years. With higher food prices the poor are squeezed. The weak American dollar adds to the factor. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. food prices rose four percent in 2007 compared to only a 2.5 percent average annual rise in the previous fifteen years. The agency predicts 2008 to be even worst with a projected rise at as much as four and a half percent.

The impact of rising food prices have already stormed through many countries with millions of people worldwide going hungry. Riots caused over escalating food prices have been seen worldwide with violence rising in such places as Haiti, Bangladesh, Egypt and many other nations already seeing the widespread hunger among the population, including nations of Asia and Africa.

Before the economical storm is over with, a record number of poverty-level Americans and homeless may be seen. Weekly paychecks instead of bi-weekly or twice-monthly paychecks is just one way we can offset in part or cushion some of this economical blow out.

Americans need their paychecks in order to survive, to pay for their shelter, food and other bills. Employers need to release paychecks on a weekly basis so that Americans can perform the economical or financial transactions in which they need to perform.

24/7.com proposes a federally mandated law requiring all employers to pay their employees weekly for labor. Bi-weekly and twice monthly paychecks are not timely enough to offset the financial crisis many Americans are living under. Weekly paychecks would not only stimulate a stronger economy by putting money back into the economical system faster, it would allow individuals to receive the compensation due them , in which they have already earned, at a faster pace.

No matter what excuses employers may attempt to defeat such a proposal, they really have no excuses. What ever problems the employer has in executing weekly paychecks is the problem of the employer and not of the employees. Employees need their paychecks on a weekly basis. Employees have earned their paychecks on a weekly basis. It is not fair that employers hold these checks and reap interest use on this money due employees.

Weekly paychecks would benefit both the individual employee and society in general in that it would allow a stimulation of economical growth due to swifter expenditure of payroll money back into the economy and release it faster from employers who hold paychecks for two or more weeks.

24/7.com believes the weekly paycheck is an imperative mandate to offset individual struggle for those faced with economical hardship. It is vital to those who are struggling to keep their heads above water and it is vital for the economy in general since it would move money faster into the commerce sectors.

Employers simply need to adjust their accounting and business office practices and meet their own business demands without using their employees’ money.

The weekly paycheck is especially important for those earning under $30,000 per year but it should be mandated to all employees, including government employees. Kill the bi-weekly and twice-monthly paychecks and enforce a weekly paycheck for American workers.

Atheists are making huge inroads in media use to express their opinions of anti-God.

In America, this couldn't be more dangerous since America was founded upon the principles of Christian belief.

America has seen the Christian spirit being slowly stripped away over the last few decades when atheist tries to convince the masses there is no God. What's more, they have attacked the very heart and soul of America to remove Christian symbols from public places.

In order to assure a safe American future, America's must restore our nation to what it once was, a Christian Nation.
